Staging is so overhyped. When I went looking for houses I didn’t care what was or wasn’t in it. I do remember being drawn to a really cheap pendant lamp that was hanging in the dining area so I may put one of those in mine before I put it on the market LOL

Homes in flood prone areas are very difficult to sell especially if priced too high.
