      i have the Ninja 650 in the KRT edition since last year and i am really happy with it. Is an eyecatcher too. In accordance to the specs and pics, the Triumph has a bit more power and the appearance is more classic. At the end of the day is a matter of taste if you prefer naked bikes or bikes with fairing (less wind turbulences on high speed). I chose the Ninja 650 also because of its long travel abilities on German Autobahn.

    • @cpteyesight
      @cpteyesight 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      The triumpth is a better bike all around. The ninja 650 is a budget naked with a sport fairing kit meant for commuting. A great, reliable bike for that purpose, but comparing it to anything over 600cc that isn't another budget japanese naked would be unfair. Suspension is soft, windprotection is very minimal, ergos are not sporty, transmission feels bad when going hard, bike is buzzy in mid range, but it's cheap and great to learn on. I must say that I got a lot of attention from people who knew nothing about bikes because they saw "ninja" and people think that "ninja" means fast bike.

    why does everybody hit the dead man's switch. That shit isnt there to just turn off your bike in situations like these. Only after emergency. Its not great for the electronics

    • @EspressoRacer
      @EspressoRacer  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Hmmm I didnt know I was doing anything wrong with the kill switch?

    • @SaucyNetworkEntertainment
      @SaucyNetworkEntertainment 3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@EspressoRacer It is not good practise in general. Using the killswitch for something else other than accidents where you need to shut down all electric components, might cause a faulty kill switch in the long run and shut down your bike mid ride. Its like unplugging your computer instead of just pressing the ''shut down'' button.
      Edit: thank you for this video btw. I am thinking of grabbing this bike this summer. This video helped me decide whether it would fit my daily commuting. I will ofcourse test drive it myself too.

      Yeah a 600 will start to pull away after 100mph, but you'll have to wait till 1am so the traffic will clear a bit. It's need and location.

      @@twistymcfistysback I fully agree with that, I rode with my friends on his bike gs6r and we find it both annoying having to constantly dropping gear every so often. But at night is a great time to ride and have a sense of how fast his bike goes, as well as torque. He then recommended me to start with a 250-350 to start with, but I think a 450-650cc with be the sweet spot to learn on.
