Looks like you might be able to get at the drain plug but the filter looks like it will be a problem!

I have changed the oil and filter on it once and it is too difficult with the plate on. so I unscrew the plate every time I service cars

Them back brackets are a bad deign and the pan is a bad fit to the car, mmmmmm
