Just made my own sheet like yours. Added a 6th variable for fun to remind myself to enjoy myself at the gym because that’s when I usually have the best sessions
Leading up to a big comp, I did this! I knew I was bad with eating breakfast, so I put that in as well, how I ate before sessions, any alcohol consumption, hype during session, arguments etc First week it feels weird, but after you have 2+ weeks of data you start just getting on with it and it helps.
I love this. I used to have a sheet on everyone program for this exact thing, unfortunately the follow through of filling it on for most athletes was very poor

I started lifting weights seeing your videos, and other guys like Russ, John haack etc. Hey I just wanna know do you coach intermediate lifters or you only coach the advance guys, a reply would be appreciated

I for sure have to be more objective in my step counting but lately, I've been focused on just walking 1-1.5 hours a day and sleeping 6+ hours. I think managing expectations should come from these variables that you mentioned and all the info you provided is golden! appreciate you!

I know I should probably have 8 hrs of sleep but the thing is that, if I do so then I will have to skip some of my bodybuilding movements.
