Ingredients:
Hario Cold Brew Bottle
68 grams of coffee
750 grams of water
Coffee grinder
Digital scale
Steps:
Grind 68 grams of coffee to a coarse setting, similar to a French press grind.
Add the ground coffee to the filter case and attach it to the silicone top.
Fill the glass base of the Hario Cold Brew Bottle to the top grey square with water.
Slowly submerge the top with the attached case into the glass base and seal it.
Gently shake the sealed bottle.
Let the mixture sit at room temperature for up to 18 hours.
Gently shake the sealed bottle one final time.
Remove the top and take out the case with the grounds.
Attach the top back on, and your delicious cold brew is ready to be served.
