Africa's problem are the leaders. The leaders are very selfish, greedy, shallow minded, dictators and not intelligent. That's why in all African school from first grade they should introduce a curriculum that emphasizes character, ethics, patriotism to your nation and Africa, morals, care about you neighbor, coworkers, friends, care about people period, don't lie not to steal and if one is elect to higher position, their job is to serve the people and not to steal. If these principles are taught from a younger age, it will help a lot in raising people who care about their countries to the point of country first instead of individual satisfaction .
There are good leaders in Africa too (amongst the corrupted)- I am sure but they act like members of OIC / Muslim countries- IQ is questionable here . They are resource rich but most of the leaders do not know how to explain "resource rich" for their own people or land but will speak highly of themselves. If they are under any sort of colonization, they are to be blamed. That is why I mentioned " They have IQ ? " .
