Buffalo Cauliflower Wings Recipe:
1 Head fresh Cauliflower, cut into bite-sized chunks
Batter:
1 cup AP Flour
1 cup whole milk (or almond milk for vegan)
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp cooking oil
mix and toss in cauliflower chunks. Dunk in panko breadcrumbs. Then spread on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, allowing room between each piece.
Bake at 400º for 15 minutes. Remove and toss in buffalo sauce.
Bake again for 5-10 minutes until crispy.
Serve and enjoy with a dressing of your choice!

My husband loves potato salad... I’m doing low carb. I steam cauliflower and mix 50/50 with his potato salad. Cauliflower is so good for our colons👍🏼 and this way I can eat it too! He actually like his favorite potato salad better this way.
I make a cauliflower chick pea thyme, Curry and Tumeric soup. I use coconut milk.

Can the buffalo sauce be swapped for other sauces? BBQ, ect..?
I did it, they came out delicious. Don't bake more than 10mins after you put the barbecue sauce, the sugar at the bottom will burn. It happened to me 🤫. I left them in for 13mins, it was a teene tiny burn, thank God the burned BBQ part stuck to the tray. They were delicious 😋

Why do some people always try to compare vegetables with meat? To me there is no comparison as they are two completely different items. Vegetables are great on their own and a comparison is not needed.

I’ve tried fried cauliflower at fusion Malaysian restaurant and they fried it like popcorn chicken with Thai basil and the salt/pepper seasoning and served it with a nuoc cham dipping sauce! 🤤 it was so good! Can you do a baked version of that?

I made roasted cauliflower this week...mmmmm!!!...and was thinking I need to go get more. Now I can make my roasted cauliflower and this recipe. But no way that replaces real buffalo wings. :) And definitely gotta go with blue cheese!! Once you learn to love blue cheese, it's quite addictive.
I can do Gorgonzola but blue is just too much for me. Hahah! Yay hope you like this recipe!
