    I am so glad I found your video because I need to baby proof my drawers and most if not all child locks for drawers come with adhesive and i didnt want to ruin our new kitchen without knowing how to remove them later if I had bought them. Plus I know this is a huge concern for my husband so now I have your video to reference as well!

    Thanks for the tips! I don’t have wire at home so I used my office cutter, it works well for 3M and ikea drawers safety lock.

      Hey Veronica. I used fishing line in the video. Wire might damage something. What is the office cutter?

      @@ThatAussieCleaner It s box cutter/utility knife from my stationery. I would prefer using fishing line if I have one. Since the blade might damage the drawers.

      I used to use a blade too Veronica. Definitely risk damaging cupboards (and fingers 😜)

    Your video has been so helpful. Just wondering would the same trick work for BluTack? TIA

    • @ThatAussieCleaner
      @ThatAussieCleaner  8 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Great question. In my experience heating BluTack kind of melts it and actually makes it harder to get off. It might sound odd but dabbing blutack on blutack actually helps - it sticks to itself. If too old and squashed then a wet cloth rubbed lightly can help.

    Previous owners of my new house put these on everything and I'm so pissed at them. They've been on there a while so even when they're off there's like discoloration and stuff. Worst product ever....parents....use the door grabber things on the inside of your cabinets, not this utter shit.

      We needed them when our kids were little. They just love opening stuff!

      You definitely don't have children yet,you didn't know how frustrated while you just wanted to go to loo and your toddler opened all lower level cabinet for searching the biscuit she loved.Not all places suitable for child gate and had to use them instead.
