Taking care of a family and working full-time I promote myself with free cuts, but the shop I’m at is slow, but I’m sticking to it.
I’m 4 years into barbering just moved states. I’m in the #1 rated shop in north Houston only down side is commission. Always working to give the best service possible for whatever area I choose to work around. Your videos inspired me before and through covid. Bossio continues to do so much love brother!
I’m thinking of switching to barbering I been cutting my family hair and I love it. I know I have to start at the very bottom so I don’t expect to make 30k or anything like that right away. As long as I see improvement I’m good with that. Progress is what I’m after and consistency in my craft is my goal.

Great Video, I have been a Barber for 40 years now. I have owned Barbershops all over Florida. What I have seen in the last 15 years. Is these Barber schools are turning out so many Barbers. That it's making it hard for them to make money. There's getting to be a Barbershop on every corner now. And if you're a shop owner. The new Barbers out of school. Thinking they're going to start out at $70,000- 80,000 a year. And if they don't the shop hop.
I'm turning 21 and I'm now jjst realizing that I need to choose a career part to make it in life and I've never found that but cutting g hair seems to really push me to get better but at the same time the thought of never being good at anything stops me from pursuing a barber career
I'm currently in barber school in Arkansas. Where or what would be a good place to learn and study the business of barbering? There's alot of videos showing how to put out a blurry fade but not enough on the business aspect. Thank you for all the game Chris💯💯
You got this man, whatever your doing that working just go way harder.. if it’s handing out cards and your doing a few a day challenge yourself to hand out 100 in week, then double it… you might only get 10 clients from 1000 cards so get them cards out quick and consistently

And I'm scared too brother I'm ngl. I have a wife and 5 kids that depend on me so Im extremely scared to jump in full time cuz of that but I'm bout too

Yea booth rent sounds like it takes a chunk only if barbershops were considered a necessity and rent was covered
