One time my ex kept checking her phone and going to bathroom on a date at Chili's. I just got up and left. When she came back and didn't see me there she called me to ask why I left. @Volte10 thinking back to my peak days I was in shape and I'm a tall guy, so I think honestly you have to realize that women are just as or MORE shallow than men (older I get I think its the latter) so get in shape. Also, I would just talk to women as another individual and I would be very vauge on whether I liked them or not and kept it casual like if we were "friends." If I went to a bar I would just sit there alone watching the game and if a girl talked to me I'd talk back, but play it cool because I'm there to watch the game and not hit on women.... and it would drive them crazy that I wasn't buying them drinks or asking for a phone number, it comes across as super shallow when you do that... if I asked a woman out I'd be like well I'm going to get coffee now or I'm going to a bar now I'll text you later, and they will invite themselves to come along.... putting you in the power position like YOU are doing them a favor ... you have to make it organic and make it seem like they have to perform for you and not the other way around

In your case, yes, it's probably another guy. Or multiple other guys. Just this year I had a girl at my job. I tried the ignoring thing, ignoring, and then coming back... and the ignoring did in fact make her come back to me and initiate, but the first date never happened. Not because I didn't ask for it, but because I did ask for it once, she declined, and then I didn't see a 'good opportunity' that she would give me a yes if I asked again. We went thru months and months, and half the time the conversations were short, and eventually that girl moved away, so she's not on my radar anymore. Which, IMO, is a good thing. If she's not dating me, I don't want her around anyway. She is currently playing those games with someone new, and she's his problem now. But yes, in my case, I personally believe, that it _is_ because she was dating another person or person(s) throughout that time, and therefore wasn't taking me as seriously as other guys she was talking to. And the fact of the matter is, when the girl is an 8 or better, _she will almost always have multiple guys vying for her_ from different angles, at the same time, that's just how it works. @Volte10 thinking back to my peak days I was in shape and I'm a tall guy, so I think honestly you have to realize that women are just as or MORE shallow than men (older I get I think its the latter) so get in shape. Also, I would just talk to women as another individual and I would be very vauge on whether I liked them or not and kept it casual like if we were "friends." I've dated lasses (women) who've made it very easy to arrange a meet-up or date. Others have made it difficult by playing games. When a woman does this it's massive turn off for most guys and they will most likely move on. I fell for a lass who did nothing but play games. I was so focused on having a relationship with her that I didn't see what she was doing. I should've pied her off (that's English for walk away).

Just this year I had a girl at my job. I tried the ignoring thing, ignoring, and then coming back... and the ignoring did in fact make her come back to me and initiate, but the first date never happened. Not because I didn't ask for it, but because I did ask for it once, she declined, and then I didn't see a 'good opportunity' that she would give me a yes if I asked again. We went thru months and months, and half the time the conversations were short, and eventually that girl moved away, so she's not on my radar anymore. Which, IMO, is a good thing. If she's not dating me, I don't want her around anyway. She is currently playing those games with someone new, and she's his problem now.
But yes, in my case, I personally believe, that it _is_ because she was dating another person or person(s) throughout that time, and therefore wasn't taking me as seriously as other guys she was talking to. And the fact of the matter is, when the girl is an 8 or better, _she will almost always have multiple guys vying for her_ from different angles, at the same time, that's just how it works. I don't really like the sweeping generalization when people say "it's all on/off." If she is talking to you at all, you can assume, within reason, that she likes you enough to have around.
