They forgot to mention that if you pay unlimited you need to wait 15 days booking your class after you fail😆 after your class you need to wait 4 to 10days your exam so that we asure you that you will forgot everything you learn and 100% you will not pass.. should be like this your introduction for everyone be honest 🙂🙂🙂🙂

I do agree with Hayat. I waited 5 weeks to start my training( 4 weeks and pick up drop was agreed after completing online test!!no one called, I called multiple times and at last I got the slot and without pickup, drop), by luck got continuous 3x2 hours training alternate days and then for 1 hour night training Al Nahda waited for 12 days , after continuous follow ups by that time I lost the touch and lessons in my earlier 6 hours training !!!!! Really disappointed on EDI waiting time and training slot availability!!!!!

EDI has a very messed up system in Slot allocating.
And the care and response they give to their customers are also disappointing.
I am a new student too, but I didn't face any of this. I have unlimited package, and everything is as agreed... pick up is on time, schedule also is fine and they are very flexible on schedule. I hope that it will continue the same way. Thanks to EDI.

Welcome to EDI. Where you will having classes on "Patience" as well. They will ensure you struggle as much as they can make you struggle. The struggle has begun for me. Customer Services is absolutely big fat "0" at Al-Quoz and in Qusais.
For every test they will not inform you and make you wait as much possible 1 month waiting timing is normal for them. This is for unlimited course. The struggle is real!!

I took unlimited youth package. I had to just complete my two weeks waiting period after theory test and I immediately got my training slots. I love the flexible timings as I can keep up with my uni as well. I love the online system for booking classes and tests as we can see patiently and decide the classes Accordingly to our convenience.

I passed assesment yard test yesterday(17/02/2023) and waiting for rta smart yard test.BUT the problem is NO SCHEDULE THIS MONTH!. So please arrenge schedule as soon as posible!!!

It’s true, they are not well organized training center.
In last 2 month, I just got 2 hours of parking class and it’s almost been 6 month after my file opening.
God knows when I’ll get classes in a week time or the license.
Never go with EDI if you think for driving license.

@@SWADUS dont be scared,its just like a assessment, just follow the simple instructions of the examiner and hold emotions for a couple of minutes
I am a student the EDI school.
As per my student portal i need to wait till May 1 for my classes! I booked my Practical Lesson the same day that i passed my Theory test and finished the simulator. I kept on calling everyday to check about the confirmation of my classes but i didn't heard anything new aside from 'We will call you back'. For sure on next procedures/steps i need to wait weeks or months just to received confirmation. I paid for unlimited and as per other reviews it will take more than 6 months to finish everything.
I dont know why it took so much time for you but i passed my theory test on 7th april and today i got my parking classes. Now on 23rd may i have my parking assessment test

Hi I am a new student I passed my theory test 2 days ago today I I going there to pay my dues but the customer care agent was soo rude to me when after passing theory test I called him and asked for the next step and the agent there she was also soo rude and was telling me to come after 15 days and after that she will book a class for me for after 5 days and on my simple asking mam isn't there a way to get these classes early she rudely told me sir you may go now and changed the ticket no. So disrespectful attitude from EDI agents.
Please make an schedule faster it always taking time.Its worst waiting and waiting to get license as you have told in the beggining that it will be probably 3months to get license but in reality your scheduling will take a lot of time.So maybe i will be getting my drivers license next year.

I have worst experience until now in EDI school
I registered myself on 18 june and passed my theory test on 29 june...
And until now my classes are not started. I called many time on helpline they said you will receive call but unfortunately i did not receive any call from them

I have been waiting for a month for my practical driving lesson but UNFORTUNATELY nothing seems to be helpful in here..I even sent lots of emails but it's auto reply.. I waited a month after I passed my RTA theory test..I think it will take years before you complete or finish driving course here..so sad if only I should have known before..

I have fixed course,how many times RTA final road test i can attempt,i have heard after 5 attempts if fail,need to give internal assessment again?
Hello Mahwish, as long as your RTA learning file and permit are valid, you can attend unlimited tests and training within the fixed-price course. If your RTA file/permit expire at any time, a renewal fee applies to extend the validity.

Why my training is under long waiting....whenever I call the customer care...they told me same thing again and again...that they will call me. Expecting a call from long time? when this waiting will end?

I passed the RTA theory test 2 weeks ago..then they said to wait for 3-5 weeks more..so 3 weeks waste Bec we have 3 months only permit from RTA so it means another payment for renewal of permit 🤦🤦

said WAIT even at last i wait 25 dAys but the
response was same, i went driving school and they
said ok.
They just give priority to new students but once you
paid all dues and you are on mid stages or final
stages they will ignore you, even for emails the
response is zero,

Pls can you include the informations regarding what the trainer is supposed to teach you, so that we will know if he is doing his job, for example teaching the parking outside the center, taking over, round about u turne, turning left and right, looking to mirrors and checking blind spot in the proper time,,,, etc

Sadly this is true but on the other hand it saves me a lot of money as I’ve failed many times especially parking maneuvers but again no regrets because the practice indeed made me better and confident in my parking maneuvers. Waiting long time is not ideal but spending a lot of money on practice skills also is not ideal.
Totally waste of your time to register with EDI. Waiting period is too much. After theory test you need to wait until 5 weeks to get actual classes. None of the driving centers will delay this much. Don't waste your time guys. Go with some other center.

I have taken unlimited package from Emirates driving institute.. One time i fail in road test, after that iam getting class after a long time.. They are not attending calls... Unlimited package they will not consider us. Bcoz we already paid money athe begning time.. Then they will not consider us.. Still iam waiting for class... Very very delay.. They are saying many students are with us thats why delay.. So my suggestion to u all is go for les student school then u will get classes very fast

I miss my theory test today and it will be charged 350dhs for another booking .. why it’s so expensive 😏

I am really frustrated with training management.. for every training request they are saying default waiting time of 7 days even if it's single hour training.. whatever we learn in previous training we will forget. In this case to get a driving license it will exceed more than 5 to 6 months.. I will not recommend to anyone.

Very much disappointed with the response. I am waiting for my practical classes since 22nd Feb. The estimated waiting time was suppose to be till 1st March. However I dint get any call from you guys. Also I am following up with the Team and they keep on responding we are highlighting the same to slot booking team. But then no-one acknowledges the same. I don't know how long they are going to take just for practical classes to be booked.

My experience is not that great at edi. They don't care if the student has learnt driving or not they just have to complete their 6-7 classes and boom, get ready for the test and you fail obviously again just one Class and again test and so on.
This is not up to the mark service for such a known company. I am really regreting my decision to get resistration here. 😞

It's a huge money-making racket. Nowhere in the world do you spend more than $1,200 just to get driving lessons!
lazy performance, they didn't able to take care of their student's, they can't able to provide clases at the time , you can't get license in 6 months Because of their busy schedule
Worst worst experience with emirates driving! They just keep you waiting and waiting for 3,4 weeks after theory test then if you cancel even 1class due to any issues, they will cancel all your other classes as well and make you wait for 3,4 weeks again, customer service is pathetic and unprofessional! You’ll forget everything in this waiting period!! They just schedule as. Per their convenience and treat you as a least priority!! No slots , no availability! Will never ever recommend this school! They treat you like a shit specially if you have enrolled for unlimited package
