Yes the video is not perfect but you can still see what she does, and understand what she says.... so far it’s the best technique I have seen, I also have long hair and it never worked the way I saw in other videos. Thank you for sharing!
Oooh I never thought of pulling hair through! I would use the donut, secure with elastic, and wrap hair around, which never worked. I will be trying this method and hopefully it works!

It worked amazingly on my hair...my hair are extra long n thick, was looking for a trick to make this bun. though your camera blurs every second, but got the trick to tie the bun. TYSM
When I tried another video, it barely had any instructional steps, but, on this occasion when we tried this amazing tutorial it was SUCCESSFUL!

Amazing my daughters long hair is always a nightmare with other methods for her gymnastics comps as she ends up with a big shelf of hair wrapped under the ring on the smooth out and wrap round method we usually use. It always goes wobbly over time. I’ve just tried your method and it feels so much more secure and looked so stable even without spray, pins and the team scrunchie so fingers crossed this will hold up much better I’m confident it will it’s a gym mum (who isn’t great at hair) life saver 😂
