There is a stabilizer function in Premiere pro and After Effects if you have used one of those, try googling for that. Its an awesome feature that might stabilize some of your shakey shots!
Awesome video I can give give you 3 tips. You can obviously see that you work with sony vegas. First of all do this with every video clip you aply dissable resample it helps to reduce quality loss grey colors and ghosting. Second tip aply a light stabilization to your video clips. And try to reduce the amount of the tv simulator/hitfilm effect.
I just kind of skimmed through this video so I may have missed some good stuff but the bug at 0:19 and the other V dubs at about 39:30 are sick everything else I saw , meh
