As someone who has been watching TH-cam since practically the dawn of its existence, I think that a good thumbnail and video title are very important because that is obviously the biggest way you are going to draw in new subscribers. I think you do an alright job with the majority of your thumbnails, but where you really excel are the ones for your music. There have been some you have done for your covers that I would like to frame and hang on my walls because they are so awesome! So yeah, I'd say just keep at, keep changing it up. I have noticed that you have definitely improved over the years and I have noticed the little hidden bits of fuckery you sometimes add. Looking forward to more content in the future!

Hi social repose from what I've observed on TH-cam and filming wise is I keep getting told make great looking thumbnails so people will find them "pretty" or "appealing" at the same time I've been trying to ease out of some of my old content to work on more of my actual work of art and animation and some asmr sound design but like you are saying do the thumbnails matter and with art it's confusing I feel like people mainly focus on trends so it's tough trying to do more creative videos and thumbnails seem to make it better and click bait sorta helps but I understand what your saying it's so confusing on how to go about with thumbnail designs
