Am no expert so this might not be right. But he’s probably using the bridge pickup and then has either some reverb or some chorus. you can add this by either a pedal or a switch on ur amp depending which one you have :)

The guitar I use is a Fender Deluxe from 2004. However, for a beginner, any basic Stratocaster would be a great starting point. You don't necessarily need an expensive one to begin your guitar journey. Focus on getting a comfortable and affordable guitar to start practicing.
