If my divorce petition wife file maintenance application to increase maintenance which was also get from D.V. application & as per asking about income affidavit if wife file false affadavit about suppres material fact in divorce case & in cross I shown her salary bank account fistly she deny & than accept the same. Also said no bank account on affidavit & I shown her another bank account which was she deposit her maintenance cheque . I asking her in production of documents application trough About 5 years bank statement she replied on affidavit that I have not any bank account & after next date she apologized & said I have one bank account but due to not use I not remember the same & she file 4 months Xerox of the said bank account . In cross I confronted her another 2 bank account which was she hide from court. All this things can come in to under CRPC 340 ??? Becouse judge conclude that she did not suppress material fact . Also my devorce petition dismissed without bothering my argument & real fact which I argue in final argument. Please inform me that all this things can come under CRPC 340 ?????

Agar IPC 194 lodge ho jaaye toh praavdhaan hai ke perjury karne waali/waale ko faansi ki sazaa bhi ho sakte hai. Nhi toh normally agar IPC 191 & 192 laga ho which is punishable u/s 193 IPC toh 3-7 years ki sazaa hoti hai. Bdw aur bhi dhaaraye lag sakti hai based upon the nature of perjury.
