Sir 91 crpc par summonning order hoti hi, wife ne 7 din baad withdrwal ka pursis file kiya. So that real fact court k samne na aa paye meine 340 crpc file kiya hai aur withdrawal ko stong oppose kiya using crpc 257 and some judgement related to 340 crpc dv aur 125 case mein

I am fighting my own case and the case is at petitioner’s cross examination where wife hs on record concealed her income and other things and when I moved the application for the enquiry of these lies with her ITR and form 26AS and other details, the family Judge did not even read the application and rejected it with fine on me… I had actually quoted these judgements but he did not even look at the application, so Now I am moving HC to challenge his order… these judges are super feminist and dont want to listen to men… despite the women are the ones who are blatantly lying and misleading the courts… and trying to extort the man from their deceptive lies and false evidence.
I filled 340 perjury application....... regarding contrary statement of her education, her job.... marrage expenses... regards document.....we find out all documents
At what stage did you filed 340 crpc ?
Sir if she is already getting maintenance from last 4 years from my salary but while filing affidavit in DV Act application, she didn't disclose it to court. In this case shall i file section 91 first or direct File application under Section 340 Of CrPC

गुरू जी, अगर माँ जिसके चार बेटे है, और नयायलय चारों बेटों पर 2000 प्रति माह का इंट्रिम मेंटेंसनेस बाँध देती है और कोर्ट यह भी बोलती है की चारो बेटों से की अपना आज से 5 साल पुराना बैंक स्टेटमेंट लाओ जिसमे की बेटे no. 2,3 और अच्छा कमाते हैं और transection है, लेकिन बेटे no. 1,4 का पीछे पाच साल मे 5 लाख भी नही है, तो हम 1 और 4 का इंट्रिम maintinace केसे khatam kre?

Court is not god. You are responsible and committed to your own life. The court just replaced the King courtship. You are still eligible to handle your family issues on your own..
