From memory there's just a couple screws on the plastic surround at the top (unscrewing downwards) holding it in place, and then it just pulls out. A bone/trim tool can be used to pop the lip at the bottom. The plugs in the back may need to be disconnected or they're secured to the dash and disconnect automatically when cluster is pulled forward. I may make a video of that if I find time.
