Hi Liz, We buy all the bikes review, and have spoken with Mark a lot I have his phone and we talk when ever I have any questions, and I will text him. The folks at Biktrix are really great people and I love their bikes. Hope you have a blast.
I did learn something the other day, My cameraman and friend and where working on part 2 of 4 videos. I was coming
around a corner in Sport I thought I was in 7th I was in 8th and I was really getting on the bike and snapped my chain.
I had to call my wife to come and get me. My wife just laughed gee your broke your new bike already.I explained the bike has enormous power, and I have to keep the bike in 7th if I'm going to really go fast. But I do love the bike. How about photos please..
@Instantpower332 OH, WOW! I hope your ok, hun?! Did you get hurt?? Thanks for replying back to me as well! Yes, I will absolutely send photos (I think that's what you asked for). I got the magenta purple aka "bubblegum pink"! Mark recommended it as we were building my bikes! I think I and my husband will have so much fun! I love your videos and they are (and will continue) helping me with my upcoming ebike journey! He is a hunter so his bike is a bit more expensive and tricked out than mine lol.
Do you recommend any trailers? My husband will be towing buck/deer and I need to get him something to pull behind his bike. Any suggestions?
@Instantpower332 OH! One more thing to add....I think it would be so fun to go across the state. My husband and I will document our journey, and we are doing all things Biktrix! I feel so bad for that theft that happened with one of their trucks, so I want to advertise them as much as possible!
@@MinnesotaLiz When you snap a chain it just falls off, One point that we learned is to have a few Quick Connects. That's what breaks on then chain. Now I'm not sure if you have a bike with the Bafang Ultra M620 or if you have the smaller Bafang M600. If you have the smaller motor 120 nm isn''t small you chances of snapping a chain are a lot less..
@@MinnesotaLiz Morning Liz, There is one trailer I really like .. Its called the EK + Mule you can check it out on Amazon
I really like it uses 16" tires which allows it to be pulled over small downed tress and brush. Now they say it can only hold 100 lbs but I have a few friends that also hunt and they have easily doubled the weight.. There is one other one I just have to go back and dig it out.. Ron
Steve it's not a cable switch, The cable is used to reprogram the controller in the. G 510 /M620 . You have to have a Windows machine you unplug your display and plug the 5 pin cable into the open cable that goes to the Bafang. The other end goes to the windows machine. Then Tje from Biktrix calls your computer. Once they are talking here programs your Bafng G510/M 620.Takes about 5 minutes.. Thats it.. But you have to call Biktrix and make a time when they can reprogram your Bafang motor..I can take a photo of the cable tomorrow.. Then put in my Mac then send you the photo. ...
I talked to Tej on email this afternoon. They want me to make a video of the bike in different PAS and different gears. And send it to them. PAS 1 and cassette set in first gear. Holding the bike on the kickstand push full throttle. At full throttle is only get to 14 miles per hour. and PAS 5 and cassette in11th gear. The bike can go 50 miles per hour. on the kickstand. But holding the bike on the kickstand and wheel off the floor. The throttle gets stuck wide open. you let go of the throttle and it stay full throttle.
@@bergmanst Yes it's interesting that your bike can hit 50.. Makes me think you haven't figured out the gears.. I think Tej is correct in you having to make a video.. If your bike hits 50 it should be able to hit 28 plus..Please keep me informed ..

@@bergmanst So there was a definite problem, my guess it was not unlocked.Did you get the 5 pin cable ?

Hi. Please tell me about the cable you had to replace to go faster. I have a bike I just got a few weeks ago from Biktrix. I have a Juggernaut Ultra FS Pro 3. It's not very fast at all. I asked them to unlock it. Are you in sport mode to get 30 miles an hour?
You have to call Biktrix and tell them you need the 5pin cable to reprogram the Bafang M 620. To say it's a slug without
being programed to unlocked. They are good folks and as soon as you have the 5 pin cable ( You will need someone who has a Windows machine ) Tj will call you on your computer and he will reprogram your M 620 .takes maybe 5 minutes. Yes the bike is a slug , you need it to be unlocked. Now if you didn't ask for it to be unlocked they might charge you the $35 for the cable. Just say you thought you asked but can't wait. And please tell them Instant Power 322 helped.If you have any questions this is a great way to get a hold of us. I got thrown off Facebook todays . For selling , we do recommend excellent companies.( there are so few good company's ) Hope this helps.. Ron.. And no you do not have to be in sport mode, It screams in ECO.. When you get the Bafang M 620 reprogrammed be careful I snapped a chain in sport P A S 5 in 7th gear
doing 28 mph and I was really getting down hard peddling and snap.. You wont believe the difference. Please keep me posted and if you have any problem let me know.I have direct numbers..
@@Instantpower332 Thank you for your reply. I will send a message to Biktrix in the morning. They knew I wanted to have full power. I bought it saying I wanted it unlimited power. I even messaged them before the bike was shipped to me. The sent me a PDF of the disply. And saying all bikes are unlocked when they ship them. I have the email stating this from them. This is my 2nd Biktrix bike. My first is the Juggernaut Ultra Beast 2. I still have that bike. And I still enjoy riding it.
@@Instantpower332 Oh one thing. When I put my bike together a few weeks ago. I had the bike unside down and I saw the motor and took a few photos. This motor is the G510.

@@bergmanst We ordered the Juggernaut Ultra Duo 4 and we also asked to be unlocked . It wasn't also, but doesn't take long to get the 5 pin cable . And when it's done it goes really fast, I really like the bike and the folks at Biktrix Mark and Clay where great.. And these folks make some exceptional bikes.. Glad we could help...
