    • @SamiJumppanen
      @SamiJumppanen 2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Resolve has 3D, but I understand if you can do 3D in blender you want to use blender. I'm beginner in 3D (and video) but I'm trying to use both. Now there's room for interpretation of what you want, but I'll just shoot: if you can do the intro in Blender, export it (assuming it's an animated sequence) frames in PNG (for preserving transparency) and by dragging the first frame into Resolve media pool it should take the whole series of images like a video clip. Then just drop that on the timeline on top of other media.

    Hi Billy
    I like your tutorials. They are very helpful and easy to follow, though I sometimes let TH-cam cut down the speed to 0.75 to have time to follow and digest your wordflow. Part of the need to cut down the speed comes from the constant noise from the music that is hammering on throughout the tutorial. My shoulders literally dropped at 7.15, when it stopped for a moment. My personal request would be to have the music mixed lower if has to be there at all. Thanks again for your helpful tips 🙂

  • @vk4244
    @vk4244 3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

    Okay, even though I'm using the tracking quite a bit already, quite informative. But I have some more detailed problems:
    - how do you edit/smooth the tracker path AFTER the tracking? I often get "glitches" in the path which I would like to edit/smooth out. In the SplineView i can delete keyframes but not really edit them.
    - when to use the planar tracker versus the point tracker (the planar tracker seems to be a LOT faster)
    - I use the tracker also for stabilizing footage --> "nailing" some object to the center of the frame. That is often a little too much and has a very synthetic/video game look. So I started adding a second tracker on the horizon or something and the use the average of both path to create a more balanced centering.
    - can you explain all the sliders/options that you can choose in the tracker options? I also mostly use the adapted mode but actually I have no idea what im doing.
    Ah, ALSO: anyone knows a decent workflow for reframing 360 videos (including object tracking) that doesn't suck??
    I have some GoPro Max footage but there's NO windows software from GoPro(!!!!). So right now, I'm using the Insta360 software to do the tracking and reframing. This works, but still has some disadvantages (glitches, not very flexible tracking,....). All that I can find on TH-cam is a) a VERY annoying workflow within Resolve (without tracking) and b) a discontinued free plugin Reframe 360, which could work if it wasn't discontinued....
    And: Someone mentioned in the comments: Audio processing!! Especially for footage that wasn't shot in a studio environment. Whenever i have footage from vacation/sports there's people talking but the person filming is always too loud while the others are not loud enough.
    That would be awesome!

    Hi,Billy love your content and the way you present it 1st class, I'm only a beginner an usually catch up when I'm out an about with my smartphone and the 1 feature I would really like other TH-cam presenters adopt is your signature circle around the mouse pointer, a small but invaluable addition, keep them coming and thank well done 👏✔
