Simi (Tabbu) is a very talented and beautiful actress. She announced that she play now a role in upcoming movie DUNE 3
No shes playing in the Dune series and not the third movie. It’s still an amazing achievement though
She has also worked in other Hollywood films. I think they should watch " The Namesake" ( 2007 ) . She was amazing in that movie
The Policeman because immediately suspicious because right after he saw the murder he visited the police station.
And he threw a knife at the protagonist just to see if he flinches.
He was so good at not flinching. Throughout the movie I would have blown my cover so many times... like someone throw a knife at me I am going to get out of the way hahah
you will find many Shakespeare references when Tabu's character was mentioned or by Tabu herself.
Interestingly, Tabu played Lady Macbeth in the film Maqbool(Indian adaption of Macbeth) & Gertrude(the queen) in Haider(Indian adaptation of Hamlet).

Honestly the last best bollywood film has to be andhadhun in recent times hands down ! It had all the elements of a smart dark comedy thriller which a genre of such kind requires be it the plotline, characters, story build up, music and cinematography 💯 Sriram Raghavan literally nailed it with this one.

It can also be interpreted as "andha" as blind and "dhun" means melody. So, collectively it can be said "blind melody".
Just a slight correction. The actual word itself is "andhadhundh" which means blindly/rashly/without a thought. The title of the movie is basically a play on that word like others have said, where Andhadhun literally translates to "blind melody".

No way. Quite over rated you can say. Johnny Gaddar from this Same Director-Sriram Raghavan is much better thriller movie than Andhadhun.
He pretends to be blind because he thinks hey can concentrate to his music and achieve new heights
But also to gain sympathy from the public, he says during the movie that "Andha hone ki problems sabko pata hai, fayda mein batata hoon".
