I installed mine yesterday. I did have the constant red light flashing issue. I decided to open up the solar panel and checked the batteries. Funny enough, it had plastic wraps on the batteries (not the blue, but transparent plastic wraps). I removed them from all 6 of them. Put the batteries back in and working perfectly. Long short, due to the plastic wraps around the batteries, the device was not getting enough/consistent power, thus unable to power/function. Once removed it, the batteries now showing 61% (as opposed to 100% when it worked momentarily), and working fine. Hope this helps!
I have two cameras that stopped on the same day with a red light... I think it was the ubox application that stopped them, knowing that the two cameras are of two different types and from different companies, but I use the same application

Hi sir i was having same problem.. I fixed by luck few hours ago.. . Try to switch off the button.. Keep pressing the reset button dont remove ur finger from reset button and switch on button.. Keep pressing the reset button until u hear it says ur device is reset..
Than after that go to ubox app.. Dont choose the last option which shows solar camera.. Try to chose fiest option which shows u home camer logo.. From their write ur wifi name and password it will show u the barcode bring the barcode feom ur phone near the camera it will connect

I fixed it by putting the sim card in a cell phone, waiting for it to go from H signal to 4g signal and then putting it in the camera again. It is not practical, but it is a solution. Next time I'm going to try putting the manual APN when I have the camera within my reach and I'll keep trying.

i fixed mine by pressing and releasing the reset button several times until I heard the "Camera Reset" prompt from the unit, then I went to add it again to the app as a new device and voila it is working again.

Didn't work. I followed all the steps, disconnected white data cable, no result. I think something is wrong with the cameras ability to reset, reset button simply not working.

Change the battery and it will work perfectly. 1 of the battery is dead and it will reduce the other batteries to it level

My camera just had the same red light issue. I installed a new sd card and it was all fixed. Try a brand new sd card . It worked for me
