There's a green grocer called Mr Bananaman and there's a fishmonger market stall. There are a lot of "coffee shops", you can even get coffee at the beach!!! People taking selfies isn't unique to Westport so I'm not sure what your point is...

If you like fish chowder, you definitely need to go to the Alexander Knox pub. It's the best I've ever had anywhere!
