Another great episode! Waiting for the Doom metal lists...
It will come sooner than later 🤘🏿 thanks!
No Place For Disgrace - superb choice, and I agree with "I live, you die" and especially "Escape...", Flots is where thrash meets deep emotions. And an absolutely awesome live band.
Indeed an incredible live band and the quality of their songs on their first two albums is sublime. Thanks for your comment!

That is an excellent list! I love all the albums you mention! Thanks!
My favorite thrash album has to go to Vektor's Terminal Redux. Not the most easily accesible, even to those who love thrash (mostly because of the black metal style of vocals) but it's a masterpiece. Listened to it in one sitting and nearly fell off my chair when I got to the end of Recharging the Void.
Hey there! Terminal Redux is an excellent album and Vektor are one of the best new thrash metal bands, so I’m not surprised by your comment. To be honest I was hoping for someone to mention this great band ! Thanks!
@@ADDICTEDTOLISTS For sure! If I had to create a modern Big 4 list it'd be Vektor, Havok, Exmortus and Lich King. All amazing bands with ludicrously talented players. Thrash is alive and well in the 21st century!
@@willl676 Thrash is definitely alive my friend! Great bands you mention! You might want to check out Nekromantheon if you haven’t already
@@ADDICTEDTOLISTS Thank you for the suggestion! I've begun to listen to some of their songs on the Visions of Trismegistos album but if you have any other suggestions, I'd be happy to hear them! They sound pretty great so far, like a mix of Sepultura, Slayer and Skeletonwitch.
Υπέροχο κανάλι και πολύ όμορφη παρουσίαση! 🤘🏿
Σε ευχαριστώ πολύ για τα καλά λόγια!
Great lists as always, keep rockin' !
Thanks dear friend! 🙏🏼
My laptop decided to resurrect itself so I could watch another episode of Addicted To Lists!
Oh the memories from that 1997 Rock of Gods festival. I had just arrived in Athens from Drama and had made my way to the football stadium that hosted the festival, naively thinking that I could get a ticket. I was devastated when I found out that it had been sold out, so I listened (and wept) as Dave Lombardo destroyed his drums while I was standing outside the stadium. Then, after a lot of pleading and begging, me and a few others were let inside, just when Bruce Dickinson began his majestic appearance with Accident Of Birth. To me, he was the headliner of the evening (well, at least compared to Megadeth which followed who, while not bad, I felt like they were not giving it their all). A few hours later, completely beat but happy as can be, I started the long trek back to New Philadelphia and my aunt's house where I would be staying the night before boarding a ship that would take my brother and I to Paros the next morning. Ah, to be 23 again...
Too bad you missed the glorious Grip Inc. show! Dickinson was great of course and so were Megadeth. But the “winner” of the evening was Grip Inc. Beautiful memories indeed! Thanks for your support!

I love all your videos already, so many lists and great recommendations, I'm sure for each one of your episodes most people can get bag full of stuff fitted to their personal taste! And i love that it seems all these lists will later maybe be part of a bigger thing you have in mind, if I'm correct, like a master list! Some great stats you gonna get too!! And also love your commentary, especially how one of the lists seems to have been most in the early speed/thrash and you actually commented on it, shows you're honest mate!! Endless respect for the great videos !!
Thanks so much for your kind words. I truly appreciate them. The reason I’m doing this is to learn and appreciate new music. I’m glad that through my lists and my guests lists people get to discover new music. Thanks for watching and I hope you will enjoy my future episodes as well. 💀🤘🏿

Για κάποιο λόγο, πάντα είχα στο μυαλό μου το heavy metal, συνυφασμένο με το thrash.
Ίσως για τη λύσσα που βγάζει. Ίσως για την πώρωση. Ίσως για την ταχύτητα και την
τραχύτητα. Ποιος ξέρει;
Πάμε να δούμε λοιπόν για ένα ακόμα challenge...
1. Exodus - Bonded By Blood
2. Metallika - Master Of Puppets
3. Slayer - Reign In Blood
4. Voivod - Dimension Hatross ή Killing Technology *
5. Megadeth - Rust In Peace
6. Grip Inc - Power Of Inner Strength
7. Slayer - Hell Awaits
8. Sodom - Agent Orange
9. Sepultura - Chaos A.D.
10. Annihilator - Alice In Hell
American here and just wondering on something. I've always thought megadeth and Metallica were pretty well consider pillars of thrash, at least the first handful of albums by each, are they not regarded as the same deeper in Europe? My music knowledge in that direction only goes as far as UK magazines so I'd appreciate more input. Are they considered more speed there?
Hey there and thanks for your comment. Metallica and Megadeth are considered thrash metal for the majority of Europeans as well. I just think that some people got confused from their later albums and just stopped calling them thrash. But of course their first albums defined thrash metal as we know it.
@ADDICTEDTOLISTS thanks, that was confusing me but the deeper I got in the video I saw those early albums and everything else, kinda made more sense
