This is for you Liv! I know you've basically given up on Grey's just like myself but I wanted to remind us both why we fell in love with it in the first place. So I hope this might help you love it again cause making it sure helped me.
Anyway, the point is basically to show Alex and Mer's journey through Alex, Meredith and Cristina's quote about all the stuff they've been through. There are a lot of voiceovers and I've tried putting them in a sort of parallel order.. Also to get other episodes in that doesn't really involve Alex and Mer but still kind of does.. it's a bit messy but I hope it makes sense :)
Btw, I know the song is overused but it's just so beautiful that I couldn't help myself. Also I apologize for the few bad quality clips and the few glitches.. my moviemaker program is starting to annoy me cause it can't edit out those stupid things no matter how hard I try. Hopefully I will get a new one soon.

When I first started greys anatomy I never thought it would be this heartbreaking and now I'm at the end crying almost every episode
I never thought a tv show would make me cry

@@taylorchevelle615exactly! I couldn't have said it better. Meredith lost the love of her life the father to her children. I wouldn't smile after all that either she doesn't have a reason to smile all the time. but I do hope she truly finds happiness after life with Derek. she deserves that after everything she has endured in her life! she lost her mother her father her sister and then Derek that's just way too many loses for one person to go through. she's a strong beautiful woman!!! I love Meredith grey. she inspires me so much to have lost so much but to keep fighting another day if she didn't have the kids I believe she would have taken her own life over the loss of Derek. Because that's how madly in love they were with each other. She will never find another love like him. she won't ever love anyone like that again. sure she will find someone else to be with just to be happy and not be alone. Because nobody wants to be alone forever. loneliness really does hurt the soul. and your entire being. she deserves to be happy but she will never let him go she will never forget. It broke my heart when Derek died because of stupid doctors that didn't care enough to save him! skipping tests just because you don't think you had enough time. You fucking make time for it!!! That's someone's husband, brother, son, father. And they were careless. I would have sued those damn doctors especially the one doctor that got him killed by skipping a damn scan. he should have lost his medical license that same night Derek died. there should have been consequences for him! He didn't even bother to remember Meredith the wife of someone he killed. so he did deserve death by Meredith yelling at him about what she went through made him start seizing until he died. He got what was coming to him

I cried so many tears over this goddamn show. When George died, when Mark died I didnt sleep through the following night because he was my favorite character.
But since season 12 it really has become a crappy show. I was a fan since episode one but the storylines are not interesting anymore, stuff is to be forced and things are repeating.

When I first started greys anatomy I realized that it had so many emotions attached to it. The sadness, the anger, the happiness. Time and time again someone died or left. Friendships like Meredith and Alex’s disappeared and soon I saw that the originals were gone. It makes me want to cry and hold on to my friends and to never let them go. 😭😭
Very rarely after watching greys anatomy for 8 year a video can make me cry. Great job.

If the show ends when Meredith dies, all of magic will be gone. And that is the saddest thing to me. All the magic is gone guys.
I feel like like they will replay the first episode with Zola, and new interns. And instead of if being Ellis with Alhimers it's Mer.
The only other show iv'e cried about is, nothing. greys anatomy is the only show that makes me cry.
This is sensational! Having watched from Season 1- this was insanely good. So much nostalgia. Going straight in my favourites so I can rewatch over and over!

When you told me you were uploading this vid- I did not expect a dedication... but let me just end with a thanks... so I put on my headphones and a blanket and well... I watched it...
YOU ROBBED ME OF MY EMOTIONS NETE!!!!!!! When you said it was your saddest GA vid, I kinda knew I was gonna DIE inside, but DAMN GIRL, that was brutal to watch... so many years of my life, I've been watching this show and this reminded me of WHY I loved it in the first place (just like you said).
To me GA is like a mosquito..., it's annoying AF but when it finally flies away it's all perfect. As much as I want to give up on GA- I can't cuz somehow it keeps dragging me down with it- it's abusive of my feelings... Shonda is the TRUE Devil I SWEAR. I cannot believe she has the power continue the show even tho basically EVERYONE is either DEAD or GONE: Callie, Derek, Mark, Lexie, Cristina, Henry, Denny, Izzie, Brooke, Adele, Samuel, Teddy, Ellis, AND THE LIST GOES ON. OMG OMG OMG I FORGOT GEORGE!!!!!!!!!! I miss GEROGE SO MUCH!!!!!! he was the true hero of the show!!!
The saddest part of this video wasn't the dying scenes (in my opinion), it was the story of Mer and Alex with a hint of everyone else'. The story about the doctors struggle in life and how life is not fair and never turning out the way you thought it would. Life is a huge bitch, but it's also a gift which you shall cherish cuz like Callie said: "life changes in a heartbeat". GA is life or death, and maybe it's the sole reason to why we love it so much?! """"stopping my philosophical moment"""" I just wanna thank you for the reminder of why you and I love Grey's Anatomy, without it we would NOT know each other. I love every single part of it, it's probably... scratch that, it's the best video I've EVER seen of GA. I'm so amazed by your talent and the song... GRRRRR sad but so beautiful, especially to GA.
