Back in 2020, my family and I happily adopted Delight from Vicki. She is doing great, has a beautiful & comfy living situation, full of lots of hay, toys, treats, and 3 human siblings that love her very much!! She has brought us so much love and joy! Everyone loves bunnies when they are little and ultra cute. What is more likely (in my opinion) some people got sick of their adolescent/young adult bunnies, set em loose and well the newly dumped bunnies then, well...bred like rabbits.

She is a angel. She rescues . the bunnys are wild. They dig holes. They need exersize and like food and water stray bunnies are really wild. I saw one before but. The owners of the house are angels. Bunnys could die of streets plastic trash birds. Most bunnies think trash is food like plastic. Like there could be parents and babys. They could be hungry parent bunnies mostly look for food for there babys.

Where I'm from (within Los Angeles), there's a rescue business known as Rabbit Rescue (Paramount, CA). Although I adopted my own rabbit there a few years back, I feel like more people should spread the word of this business. It's quite small-looking, but they work non-stop to save rabbits from being euthanized from shelters. As of now, they've reached maximum capacity. I pray for those current rabbits to find homes asap.💖🐇💝🐰🙏

So glad when my rabbits had babies, I took care of the situation right away because what happened in this video would happen in my neighborhood. I fed them, separated the boys and girls when they were 8 weeks old then gave them loving homes. My dad was very upset at first and wanted to open the door and let the rabbits run out into the neighborhood. But I told him don't worry I'll take care of them until they can get adopted. It was a lot of work and money but worth it.

My mom's sis rescued my bunny it was domestic
My bun had to go to the vet yesterday... he wouldn't leave me and kept trying to cling to me and get into my arms....they trust is to keep them safe, they need us! And for somebody to just dump them is sick. I dont know what the reason they were left there was but it shouldn't have happened. I couldn't imagine doing that to my Dennis.

OctoLink ...? Those are just some name ideas I had for my rabbit.... the ones I didn’t use.... so I commented them, what’s the problem.?
For future similar rescues... This worked wonders for me... Put up an x-pen around the hole entrance where you can reach their hole from outside the pen. Put greens and pellets in the pen so they come out to eat, and when a few are in the pen eating quickly slide a piece of wire or x-pen over the hole so they cant go back in. You can get several at once this way. It also works to put up a large area with x-pen with just the door open. They will go into it for the food and get used to this over a day or so without anyone coming close to bother them. Keep the food to the farthest side of the pen door. Then begin standing a ways away from the door, and as soon as a bunch are in the pen quickly close it and you have them. Also.... rather than a net, a heavy blanket works well to toss over them when they come far enough out of their hole...

you need to be careful, RHD is spreading in southern california and you’re more likely to spread it to your rabbit if you’re handling other rabbits. it’s affecting wild and domestic rabbits

I live in Australia so im not familiar to it but i watched the video and my bunny is safe.
This is heartbreaking. How people can just discard rabbits like this, thank you all so much for your dedication to rescuing these babies. This reminded me so much of one of my first buns who was just dumped out on the street by someone who lived nearby my parents. Originally we thought she had escaped so we asked around if anyone had lost their rabbit or knew anyone who had and this couple said that she was their rabbit but they didn't want her anymore. We were furious and took her in, she was extremely timid but one of the sweetest and most gentle bunnies I've ever met. It's awful she had a bad start in life but I'm glad she found her way into my life.
I don’t know much about my bun because my sister’s coworker gave her to us. She’s had many owners. We were told she only needed to be let out 30 minutes a day and to feed her mainly pellets with a bit of hay. Her cage is too small for her to live in so she’s a free-range bunny by day and sleeps in her cage at night. I noticed bite marks on her cage from before we got her, poor thing. She has no interest in toys because she never had any as a baby. When we first got her she hated affection, was scared of me, and still can’t stand being held. I’ve tried feeding her fruits that bunnies tend to like but since they’re practically foreign to her she doesn’t eat them. She’d do so many binkies the first time we got her. She wasn’t used to all the freedom. I’m happy to say that she now adores head rubs, goes nuts for carrots, let’s me hug her occasionally, and hops around acting like she owns the place. She’s really opened up to us and it’s adorable. Your story really resonated with me and I felt like sharing mine. It breaks my heart seeing bunnies not treated properly. I’m glad you were able to give that bunny a caring home. :)

I took a job and one of the condition of the job was no pets so I left my bunn- bunn with friends I just can't take it anymore I am quitting my job and moving back home so I can have my Bunn-bunn back in my life I miss her so much it's driving me crazy I love her sorry Bunn-bunn

I love your information, it was helpful when I found a dumped fluffy bunny in my yard. Watching your videos made me aware that I was not ready to be a pet bunny owner. Fortunately I found a 4H rabbit person in my area of Coos Bay North Bend Oregon. Michelle is awesome as I did not have the ability to keep fluffy bunny who was pregnant!!! Fluffy bunny had 8 babies 3 days after Michelle took her to her bunny barn. I really enjoyed having fluffy bunny for the few days she was with me. This is so sad, I'll never understand how someone can just dump these bunnies... There's probably a breeder around that just lets them go. My aunt has found two rabbits in her neighborhood and they just walked right up to her husband. It's very sad... Although I don't live in Cali, I donated $20, best I can do right now:( If anyone can donate, please do!
