5:08 the driver just casually drops the truck off the cliff 😂 Pre GPS days, participants had only a map and a god damn compass! Imagine that! Lots of them got lost in the desert and died eventually. Takes tremendous mental and physical strength to complete this mammoth of a rally. I still can’t wrap my head around how people compete this on a freaking bike! Those guys are just born different I guess. Also, kudos to the person that paired this song with these clips! Great job! Every time someone says what’s Paris-Dakar, I show them this video.

Baja is a different type of test so it cant be compared to this. The Dakar is the greatest challenge in a motor vehicle. It can only be compared to Everest.
