Team India Meets Modi // Official Work in Odia

Prime Minister Narendra Modi engaged in a meaningful discussion with the Indian cricket team following their recent T20 World Cup victory. The discussion covered their experiences during the ICC tournament held in the USA and the Caribbean. Led by Rohit Sharma, the team clinched the title by defeating South Africa last week. Despite facing delays in Bridgetown, Barbados, due to a category 4 hurricane, the team managed to arrive in Delhi early in the morning. At his residence on 7 Lok Kalyan Marg (LKM), Prime Minister Modi expressed his joy in meeting the championship team and had a lively discussion about their journey through the tournament.
Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi announced on Thursday that all official work of the Odisha government will be conducted in the Odia language.
Since his swearing-in on June 12, the Chief Minister had been working from the state guest house. On Thursday, he moved to the Chief Minister's Office at Lok Seva Bhawan, where he was warmly welcomed by his Cabinet Ministers, Chief Secretary Manoj Ahuja, and other senior officials. Upon entering his chamber, Majhi took his seat as Chief Minister amid the chanting of Vedic hymns by priests, in the presence of Deputy Chief Ministers Kanak Vardhan Singh Deo and Pravati Parida, along with several other ministers.
