Just an idea but hear me out: work out in all of the workout clothes throughout the week to see how it feels, if it can actually hold all the moisture, and if it rise up or slowly sag 🤔
I totally agree!! I have gotten so many pairs of leggings that feel great to start but halfway through my workout I am having to hike them up around my waist every 2 mins or pulling down the legs to my ankles!! I hate that and having worn them to workout I can exactly return them all sweaty!!! First World Problem true but if I am paying $50-$100 per pair I want them to fit nice for longer than half an hour

Yeah definitely. My sister orders clothes form this smaller brand called p’tula and there stuff Is half the price. There a lot of people who say that it is so much better than their lulu stuff

I normally don’t like to invest in clothing, but I bought a pair of lululemon leggings and they’ve lasted me many years- if you get the right fabric and don’t put them in the drier they never pill- they also hold you in and give your body shape without seeing a bunch of lumps or bumps you might have
Normally, yes. But I've been wearing some of my Lululemons for almost 6 years now, and they still fit and feel the same way as when I first bought them, despite wearing them regularly. I can't say that for any of my other clothing.
Gotta say lulus are 100% worth the investment. Also there’s so many different types to choose from. Align II, Wunder Under, and All the Right Places are all sooo flattering.
Friendly tip: to prevent pilling and discoloration over time of your leggings, always wash them inside out and never put them in the dryer - always let them air dry. Your leggings will stay looking brand new for years and years!

I would LOVE to have you try a more in depth to Gymshark! Maybe compare sizes with Mama Maples! I know they're super poppin, but it seems like they have a lot of issues with their stock/inventory and i never find things in my size.

My son got me a gift at The Fabletics Store. They signed me up without say. Lets say 6months later I noticed it was being charged (hubby does the fine tuning of the account). So I wanted to use all that credit. I tried buying things for hours. Even with 7 full months of credit ($350 worth), no matter what I picked out I would owe. Free shipping over $50 yet because I was using "store credit" it didn't count. Plus I had to pay for tax and a handling fee. Each credit was $50. If I got two pairs of leggings for $30, they took the whole credit point and not partial. Bottom line..... sadly Fabletics is not worth it at all..... they just changed us the 8th month when I canceled it over the phone which took 54mins!
I’ve had a bad experience too. I sat on the phone with them for an hour saying I wanted to cancel, the person kept trying to convince me and talk me into it. She ended up not even cancelling my account when I told her from the beginning and countless time to cancel it. I got charged for 2 months. I called pissed and they said oh we will refund and cancel the account. They didn’t do either. In the end and 3 very long phone calls, I got refunded and the account canceled for good. Never again will I buy from them.
Its not her fault cause it’s a bit misleading when you first read about it, I don’t think she explains in the video that you only get leggings for that deal price on the first time and that’s basically just to lure you in. Fabletics is super scammy. I’ve had it for a few years and have yet to cancel and just keep skipping the month but I’ve heard the horror stories about cancelling so I’m putting it off. I’ve only had two things that I actually liked.
You need to report that to someone, so illegal! Better business bureau is a waste of time, but I'm sure there's a govt organization out there that would love to hear about their scammage.
My mom said when she cancelled all she did was click a few buttons on her monthly email and she hasn't gotten charged since... It's been 5 months... Why did you call?
@@macey2486 I called because when I tried to cancel they kept asking "are you sure?" "But why?" "If we give you $10 extra credit will you stay?". Then once done, i still was charged. So I called. I swear the employees at the call center must get a bonus for every person who calls to cancel but ends up staying..... it's clearly not only about the money, it's about it all. When my son paid for leggings at the actual store in the mall, he didn't sign anything and apparently said my phone number only. Well i have an "account" already with them just from looking at the site but never signing up to buy or anything. Just the name, email and cell part. Once the debit card was used, BOOM... just pretty shady unfortunately.
I wish she did a squat test!! Soo if you wanna do a GymShark only vid with squat test and everything that would be really helpful cuz thats my number 1 question when it comes to leggings and if i can wear them to the gym
Kathryn Mueller and Hopescope do a super great job of doing squat tests for everything! And they have so many reviews on activewear, definitely my go to channels for activewear! 😊
As a Gym Shark customer and a lifter for years now, I can confirm that the Vital, Flex and Adapt are the best collections for squatting. The material is thicker. Avoid the Seamless and Essentials collection, their fabric is thinner.
Just a tid bit for people who are looking for affordable work out clothes... Hear me out! Old Navy is owned by Athletica. Their work out clothes are made with the same material and by the same people as Athletica. So the Old Navy work out clothes are super high quality for a low price! (: I own soooo many Old Navy leggings, they are phenomenal!

I really love the Old Navy compression leggings - I will say the Fabletics ones are softer, but I only ever ordered the two promotional leggings from Fabletics & I have several pairs of the Old Navy leggings

I would LOVE to see a fitness amazon dupes video!!! Like there’s like different athletic clothes on amazon that are dupes for like Lululemon and gym shark ext. And you should get both the brands clothing piece and the amazon one and compare if it is a dupe!!! that would be such a good video!

Personally I HATE clothes shopping! I’m so uncomfortable with my body and the way things fit and I usually end the day empty handed and completely unsatisfied! (Not to mention EXHAUSTED!) I always find it funny how much I love your clothing hauls..I guess I just like living vicariously through you!!

If anyone is unsure about fabletics, the leggings are a MUST. I've had a few pairs of fabletics and a few pairs of lululemon, but I definitely prefer fabletics, and they are cheaper. Fabletics has lots of different types of materials and some are very shaping, while others are made light so you can work out (but still pass the squat test). If you want something shaping, I for sure recommend powerhold leggings, they squish you in and are WAY more breathable than lululemon, yet the manage to cover almost all panty lines
I got the 2 for 24 a couple months ago. I'd wear them more but it's been so hot.

This so much. I find powerhold is true to size (I'm a UK8 and wear a small), whereas their motion 365 I'd size down in to get the same level of support.
Honestly fabletics is a game changer for athletic wear. It's so incredibly well made, buttery fabrics, and affordable prices. I just skip every month when I get the email and buy whenever suits so I keep the VIP pricing

If you don't they charge £49 and you keep that credit forever to buy something later. I just set a reminder to skip on the first of every month!

I love how confident you are about your hop dips. I grew up with all Britney and Christina photoshopped and used to think i had a deformed body and normal women didn't have pores and always shiny skin.
So now that I'm 34 I've seen so many women with hip dips, that i love how they own them. Mine are EXTREMELY marked as i also have escoleosis, and i still feel horrible about them, and many other stuff i have... But I love when women are confident about them.
I still hate mine and feel they're horrible and even other ppl with hip dips always look better than me.
That's why i also use low waist jeans and all.

I worked at aerie for a while and had SO many customers tell me the real me 7/8 leggings were basically identical to the lululemon ones. I’ve never tried the lululemon ones but I do love the aerie ones .... in case anyone is looking for a cheaper alternative!!!
I love my aerie leggings!!! I have a pair of lululemon aligns which, not going to lie, I do love, but I love my aerie ones equally and they’re a lot more affordable ☺️. I’ve tried many style of the aerie leggings and I love them all!!! They’re my go to for sure. Plus their sport bras are on point 👌

you should try out Aerie! They're super size inclusive and their workout line is literally the best ive ever used. leggings are usually 50-ish and sports bras are 30-40, but dear lord the quality is amazing. it's the only brand I've ever found that was worth the money

Old Navy has really good leggings. I love them and some also have pockets! And they have many colors and sets of leggings and sports bras. They make ones out of cotton to for yoga. You should definitely check them out Mia!

Fabletics has sales a few times a year (50-70%) so honestly, if you get the VIP membership and remember to skip the month it’s so worth it. Just wait for the sales and you can get outfits (that are already discounted) for ridiculously cheap. I once got a sports bra, two pairs of leggings, 2 pairs of joggers, a long sleeved shirt, and jacket for under $100. Again, this happens around almost every major holiday and other random times throughout the year.

You should try Outdoor Voices, Girlfriend Collective and Everlane! Those are my favorite athletic brands :) They are great quality and focus on being environmentally conscious.

You can go out and get cheap leggings but you’ll be getting what you pay for. Lulus prices are actually justifiable because your paying for specialized fabrics sewn with well thought out technology for specific purposes. For Ex they have leggings made specifically for yoga and ones specifically made for running. The difference in fabrics and weight and softness, or breathability matter and actually do make a difference in your fitness experience. Buy some $13 leggings off of shein rhough and it’s not nearly the same. It’s just stretchy fabric thrown together. Does this make sense? I used to work for them as an educator and i didn’t grow up with a lot of money. So I understand the difference in qualities.

Gym shark is okay, I have a pair of shorts and pants in the “Flex” style. I’ve only tried that style and concluded the fabric is not compressing probably due to thin fabric, loose around ankle and sits at a weird spot on my waist due to crappy wait band.

I loved my fabletics outfits. They actually put together full outfits for you. However, I cancelled my membership because the vip deals seemed to be only when you sign up. After being a VIP for almost a year, there really weren’t any other sales on the items. But the quality is awesome and I still wear the pieces I have!

Lululemon is amazing with customer service! They definitely would replace it/ let her exchange, and may have even given her extra store credit for the hassle.
.....or, take Gain detergent, shout & dawn dishwashing liquid, A toothbrush ( maybe a drop or two of bleach) and get that bad boy (stain) OUT!!! But, if I paid that much for a half top (which is what it is) I'd totally be mad and call Customer service & support!!! For real...

Just a few notes about fabletics for the ones that might be interested. Me myself I buy the sportswear there and I think it's awesome. First of all, about the vip, you don't have a min permanency, this is, you can unsubscribe as soon as the order is made. Once you start being vip, the prices will be lowered but not as low as the 2x24€ leggings etc. Thus, what I always do is to create an acc, buy with vip and then unsubscribe (you have to do it by phone, can take like 20 min but is totally worth it). Quality wise, they are amazing, looks are amazing and there's a lot of sizes for each shape. + leggings have pockets.
The sports bras have three different types depending on the level of impact. I always take the high ones and they all came with paddings, nevertheless, you will prob be able to see if they have or not in the web page. The one mía took was prob low - medium impact.
If you are looking for sportswear I really think that fabletics should be your choice (comparing with the other shops in the video) just because of the quality and super sale with the first purchase.

@@diyaagarwal9132 they don't, it's totally free :) you just have to go through the call, which may be a little bit tedious. They may insist you on staying with the membership but just tell them that you are not interested anymore and that will be all :)
you actually don’t even need to call! i’ve cancelled 3 fabletics vip accounts in the last few months and all i do is google “fabletics live chat” and click the link that comes up with says “online chat” in purple. they ask for some info and a reason you’re chatting (i just write “want to cancel vip membership”). then they put you in a chat with someone in customer service and ask you some more questions. each time i’ve done it it’s been about 5 minutes of back and forth chatting and then your account is cancelled! just make sure you pay attention to the hours their chat is open (it’s 9am to 9pm EST and it’s open 7 days a week!). and when they ask you why you’re canceling i usually say “can’t afford it, no longer interested, don’t think i will use it enough for it to be worth it, etc). they will most likely try to get you to stay but be persistent and they will give you no issues. i LOVE my fabletics leggings (i have only tried the high waisted powerhold ones) and they are the only leggings i ever wear so i definitely recommend especially considering i’ve received 6 pairs for $12 each and the quality and fit combined with the price make it soooo with it!

When you do more in depth looks into different active wear brands you should remember to do the bend test to make sure nothing shows when you bend over in the leggings. Love your videos Mia!

I used to work retail for another company and we would ship orders for items that we had in store. If the person working on orders that day wasn't paying attention when they were picking the items, that can happen super easily!

You should try gym glamour, it's a very popular brand in Poland. They ship to other countries. I've got a lot of their stuff, it's amazing

The company I work for does the same thing as Lululemon. We have distribution centers that ship about 60% of our orders but the rest go to individual stores to fulfill. And just to give some insight, we have a set amount we (the store) have to fulfill or we lose our bonuses. Because of that, a lot of makeup stained items go out.
Can you try working out in them and tell us how they hold up?! Like checking in after a few weeks/months :)

Fabletics has more than one kind of fabric for the pants. I became obsessed when I started working from home. You really have to check out all the different fabrics to see which one you like. I have one kind I like most for really working out and one kind I like more for lounging around.

Actual leggings never go in the dryer ever .. they don't ever need to. Hang them up.
I mean athletic clothing in general shouldn’t go into the dryer. The synthetics dry pretty fast anyways and airdrying makes them last longer

omg mia pleaseeee do a full fabletics video!! i personally love the motion 365 style leggings and the all day everyday sports bras but there are a bunch of other styles and fabrics that i haven’t been able to try.
There are so many new brands now, I am a runner love Tikiboo and Lucy Locket Loves. All the Leggins have pockets and are super comfortable
Also it would be great to have a Lululemon review of their different ‘lines’ aka. Align, wunder under, everlux, swiftly etc
When I was buying them for the first time I found it so hard to understand what the right ‘line’ would be for me & why.

I own a ton of their leggings and most of mine are squat proof and if anything the ones that aren’t, it’s really just when you wear bright colors!
i also have a few, if you get your right size it definitely passes!
I also have a few fablatics leggings and sport bras. They are AMAZING! Such high quality , lasts for years and are squat proof. Also had no problems with washing maaanny maaany times. Just DON'T use conditioner.
The Powerhouse fabric from them is squat proof. I love them. The only thing I dislike is having to set a reminder in my phone to skip every month. I will say they were really easy to deal with when wanting to cancel the subscription.

The lululemon bra was probably from the warehouse BUT one of the website models may have worn that exact one during the initial photoshoots. I worked for an online clothing store and they still sell the items the mod wears and sometimes the models get makeup on the clothes 🤷🏻♀️
Well that's kinda crazy to me considering the price their charging for a new item. I would think models who work for the companies would keep the clothes they model not put them back in the new section they should at least mark them down with a note mentioning worn for modeling pictures. Make sense to me just my opinion.

sheena winslow Do you ever buy clothes in a store that others have tried on? I always wash new clothes before wearing them anyway. Think of the thousands of pieces of clothing people return from online sales. Are they not supposed to sell these?
It was probably returned by another online customer who tried it on and got make up on it. Maybe Lululemon should not refund customers who are careless and get makeup on the clothes.

I would love a dedicated video for both Fabletics and Lululemon. I’m definitely torn between both brands. Love the style and the fit for Lululemon but it’s expensive and Fabletics is cute as well and love those styles too but it’s more in my price range.
