Hi Lisa! I really enjoyed the tips! starting from the way you set your message up in the opening moments and to when you come back and explain the words used. I get out of your lessons more and more as we go. This is called talent! Actually I used to feel jittery and go in circles. I heard many seasoned public speakers say they feel jittery just before going up on stage to face the audience. Even for them speaking is a grind even though they don't come across that way. And yes, when someone you speak to leans their body away from you it looks like most miserable. They come across anything but confident people. Alex did a good job to tell about what it looks like to be composed and show professional speaking cadence. This gives you extra leverage in many settings. Looking forward to new updates on your channel! I can't stress enough how useful they are. My suggestion is to give more English business expressions in your next videos. this tips is one of the best for interview and public speaking n to look more confident., I will add “PRACTISE” we need to act or prepare in front of the mirror b4 the interview untill we feel confident, even a little improvement is ok. Just try to be as clear as possible and try not to rush, as u will not be able to think quick and clear. As that word jittery happened to me in my resent interview, I just could not control my speech n was kind of quick unclear n wabbly n my heart rate OMG., but slowly it got better, but my cadence was shit, it was all over the place, hence m here to learn., LoL 😆
