Mister wildkyle, the fact that you bring along three freakin' masks on a fossil-hunting trip tells me one thing: you have the right attitude. Fossils are sneaky; they have to be snuck up on. (sneaked? snek? snuck. probably.) Nice batch of finds! And thank you for doing the clean-up (Jesus, Bud Lite? Not only did they litter, they drank crap beer.)
That big thorny tree is a Locust tree! We have them here in Oklahoma as well! Crazy lookin trees and they get these big seed pods on them too! As always love watching y'all!

I feel like Kyle's freakout is such a mood. I feel this every time we go shark teeth hunting here in Texas when my fiance finds stuff and I dont haha. We act like straight up cavemen in the creek beds cause no one can see us lol..but if they could itd look like this.

Where do you do your research to find what type of bone everything is because outside of teeth I really don’t know what a lot of the bones and stuff are

I want to be a paleontologist and ever chance I can get, I will take. I’m not super experienced. I’ve only been digging and conserving for 2 1/2 years. But I can tell you if something is Tracamese (no idea how to spell it). And gomphothere. I’m also good at spotting the microscopic things. I’ve purchased Cris’ matrix bag because I won’t be able to do my own picking in the lab with UF.

We have been using swimmers ear! Cris's wasn't scuba diving related luckily. The swimmers ear has been doing good it seems!
