Hi there! You need a capture card (you can find many on Amazon) but this only works with a oled or a normal switch not a lite. Also you need a computer or something so you can actually record it and a record software. hope this helped you :)
I wonder if the balloons might still be there but in super tiny form. Kinda how like Toad is tiny and grows "appears" to defend Princess Peach in Smash Brothers. But when he's not in use he's simply tiny in her hand.

You can also look at the clouds to see witch way the wind is blowing

You can’t use a slingshot in the water. So right at the edge of the ocean is the last chance you can pop a balloon.
