Hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving. In today's video I explore this Haunted House / Restaurant. Moths or Orbs in the basement? Let me know in the comments. Make sure to hit that like button and if not, please subscribe to my channel to stay up to date with my latest videos.
@@AbandonedSteve I dont recall as i was only in kindergarden back then. i DO, however, remember that Joe D, Sr used to stop there on occasion when he would drive daughter Lisa and me on the way to school at Westtown-Thornbury
While I understand (but don't agree with) structures being demolished? Can't / don't they salvage some of the contents? Allow habitat for humanity, goodwill or others.last minute walk through?
My friend that I worked for had the landscape contract in late 90s, was not a fun property to cut, especially the steep hill in front using a 48” walk behind while cars zipped by on Baltimore Pike. I used to think the place was so fancy, was sad to see it deteriorate over the years
Wow ...I used to go to Sunday brunch here. The Crier was the only place with duck on the menu. Great Explore thanks #OgWoot.. you were in my old neighborhood 🔺 Steve
Before it was the Crier in the Country it was The Fox Crest Inn owned and operated by Jim Devereaux, my husband. We also lived in the building, and I can assure you it was NOT HAUNTED. This is a bunch of nonsense!! Sad to see the lovely old building destroyed. We lived there from 1970 to 1978. It makes me want to cry when I see the lovely old staircase as I used to cover it with laurel at Christmas. It was a real Christmas house. The story about the dog is fictitious also. It was our dog and he jumped over the wall on the porch on the second floor. He was not injured because he fell into a tree. Please stop these stories it makes me too sad.

Previously known as The Foxcrest Inn. My previous neighbors the Deveraux's owned it back in the late 1960s. Brings back memories 👍🥃
@@davidcassidy5868 oh wow. Thank you so much for sharing. Did they ever talk about any hauntings?

That’s unfortunate that the place couldn’t be saved, so much history gone there. Thanks Steve for sharing your story on it.
