This is in my top 3 favourite bands I'd recommend songs such as sikiö, lepositeet or mistä veri pakenee. Sadly the lyrics actually have a significant effect on the overall experience for once though. They often have this kind of morbid comedy to them that can't really be translated well :|
Also check Industrial Apocalyptic Speed Black Metal band Trollsheim's Grott, also Finnish and from same city as Turmion Kätilöt, it is probably more at your alley as it not techno metal, more of Norwegian Old Style Black Metal with Industrial Troll Sound...

I would advice to try older tracks from turmion kätilöt.
You need to learn Finnish! The lyrics have a wery important part in their songs.
