@GermanJobbies yes alot of our cycle paths that the council have spent 10's of millions on are empty most of the time while vehicles are queued up in congestion
@GermanJobbies they need more than that. All they are doing is creating misery for all road users by altering the traffic light sequences and funneling traffic into spaces that's so tight, especially us big boys (and girls) who drive big powerful trucks and buses lol
don't complain about the heat, this summer was amazing in these parts. Barely a week total of over 30 I think. Last year or two years ago I went for a ride and it was bloody 40, outside the city... good thing I had my backpack water pouch thingy, drank some 2 liters in 3 hours or so, sweated like a pig.
@@ioandragulescu6063 oh yeah agreed. Thay water pack is something I've thought about before...is it huge and heavy or practical? I don't want to be hauling a 45 litre bag of water on my back? 😁😜
@@GermanJobbies neah, I got some super light 3L backpack that is made for a 2L water pouch with a nice hose and sucker routed over the shoulder. And I can use it while riding which is best. Funny how you cuss out crappy drivers like I do, but I wave when they're courteous. 37 celsius is as bad as in Boise, Id. Been over 102 F. for weeks. Anything over 90 blows for having fun on a bike imo.
@@GermanJobbies Yes it is and I've been here too long. Every loser from every state is moving here. When I got here, homes were cheap, uncrowded and there weren't cops and cameras everywhere. Ready to move to Missouri.
@@GermanJobbies I'll sell you my house cheap. California- where I used to live is a wonderland for riding. The only reason I moved here was to escape Silicon Valley and it's politics. Now it's way worse. Anyways, lots of real estate to ride in.
I do not need a top box or trunk anymore. No more women in my life to warrent one. Now, survive with saddle bags and I own two soft 120L and 100L waterproof bags I can lay across the back and stay them down for long distance riding. Also, I can't find one for less then 500 dollars and that is not worth the price of use. Use it 500 times before I sell the bike... nope. I live at the beach, I won't take a lady of the night anywhere anyways. So, the saddle bags can fit my fat head XXL helmet when stopping for 🛒!😂
always good to practice those slow speed skills!
I miss having a top box.... Very handy..... Smeghead 😂
it's my first one Scotty. I wonder how I survived without them! Handy af. Smeghead is a blast from the 80's eh 🤣🤣
That's an excellent top box it'll be great for traveling
I was surprised, it looks reasonably sturdy enough in the mount.
Smeghead! 😂😂😂😂😂
🤣🤣 Add to inventory lol
Haha, not heard that one for a while.

To be fair this was a Sunday morning so very empty. We got "normal" traffic too but the tarmac is still in the main A1 😅
Smeghead haven't heard that since I use to watch red dwarf 😂
