    do you have a list of exercises for flat back? I got diagnosed with this and my low back and hips keeps are tight and keep going into spasm. have tight hips and piriformis problems as well. thanks a lot.

      Decreased tone in the hamstrings will contribute to less of a flat back posture yes!

      @@saadsohail6520 You're welcome. Sorry to hear that. I personally find hamstring tension is closely related to poor core function. So i would start to investigate lower abdominal conditioning, breathing and diaphragm function and pelvic floor. All these aspects can impact the hamstrings

      Thank you! Explains why my lower ham cramps when I flex leg backwards!! I need to stretch it... Hope I've understood that correctly🤔❤️
