My favourite aircraft of WW2....
This one I believe install the 20mm at the nose. The Hei mod had German mine shell but on the wings. It's depends on the play still went using this aircraft. It can BnZ and Turn fight. Well almost all japanese aircraft can turn. Even the twin engine.

its an amazing plane to fly if you know how to extend fights or do short term dog fights but the wingmounted guns sometimes one taps and other times needs 100 rounds to put down a plane but the fun fact is it has mg 151 with mine rounds so idk net code ping or just gaijined i even had one duel lost because my 20mm sparked of the tail and only gave hit to me and yes the 109 managed to get help and reversed me :p also its amazing to do climbing spirals due to ligh weight air frame most players dont know what to do and follow you in to their death
This one had no mine round cuz they install the 20mm on the nose and it's the Ho 5. Not the MG. Gat the Hei variant

and the flaps rips early

@@pinngg6907 I Have every Ki-61in game including the US prem. like I said sounds like a skill issue. Lol, ‘The flaps rip early’ tells me everything I need to know about your ability.
@@csh5414 but it's true though that the flaps is just outright unusable in a dogfight. The only time you can use it is at the top of a turn in a stall fight
Like you'll ever need to use flaps anyway since you outurn literally everyone except a6m and ki-43
