About the Rule. Ultras and football stadiums have historically been areas where oppressed peoples have a voice. In Catalonia, During the years of Fascist Spanish Oppression, watching Barcelona and chanting in the Catalan language in the stands was the most political freedom people had. Its the same today. If a team or ultras group represents ideals that go against the Government, the Government will try to ban the dissent. In 2011, Ultras from Al Ahly and Zamalek helped overthrow the Egyptian government, so they are scared of what organised people can do. Then you get dudes and girls at College basketball with pom-poms and tubas and you wonder why the United States is so backwards.
Hard to say where the best ultras are, I'd say the balkans, Germany, Turkey, Greece, Morocco, Argentina, Brazil, Indonesia have great ultras but those were just the first that came to my head, there's alot of great ultras across the globe, even in Switzerland where I live we have a very underrated ultras scene
The Balkans are different. Greece and part of Turkey are in the Balkan area btw :). Germany is up there as well , they have lots of teams with very good ultras , even in 3rd or 4th division
@@hugostaring9842 Partizan has great supporters as well. I always like watching the video where the Grobari set parts the Red Star Stadium on fire. I just don’t like how the Delije and Grobari are Anti-LGBTQ.
The translators did a good job for the Moroccan one but some lyrics were rephrased. The actual lyrics are even more emotional to me. But the translation is 98% accurate.
11:38 Here are the lyrics. Dicen que estamos todos de la cabeza Pero a San Lorenzo no le interesa Tomamos vino puro de damajuana Y nos fumamos toda la marijuana Oooh San Lorenzo Oooh San Lorenzo (Repeat) Listen to when they sing for the pronunciation.
I have Subscribed, my friend. I like this video though the second clip is too long, IMO. ALL the other "Best Chants" Videos are briefer with more clips. Enjoy and congratulations on over 300 Subs, already:)

I would also add that this results from our European culture. Once upon a time, gladiators fought in the colossus. Now it's football

Young man, don't get into this because you won't get out of it. This is religion. Greetings from Europe.

The best Ultras are always the ones from your own Club.
Unless you support Arsenal and like Libraries:)
