I only checked the first couple of comments. But I didn't really find an answer to your questions at the end of your video. So here it goes:
Everything you see there is fan-made. Usually, a group of people start planning a choreography months ahead of a game. People who are good at design come up with a concept and an idea that somehow represents the club. Then they buy an insane amount of fabric and they literally sew it together in hours of hours of hand work. Costs highly depend on the choreo of course, so it's hard to give an estimate. But overall you can definitely count on a couple of thousand bucks. People pay that out of their own pocket, but if you keep in mind that usually hundreds of people are involved, it's doable also with small incomes.
Also, these shows are reserved for special games. You won't see them for an average league game. There always is some reason. These include an anniversary of a club, a legendary player or coach leaving, a special game against a rival, a special game where everything is on the line, like a cup final or something similar. People then come hours before the game and organize everything. They position the banners, hang up stuff like curtains and they also distribute these colored signs on each specific seat, so that later on different slogans can appear.
Also, it's important to know that each stadium has a "curve" where the hardcore fans are seated. That's the curve where the choreography takes place. If you don't want to take part in this, then buy a ticket for another part of the stadium. Once you are in there, better try not to be annoyed "about not being able to see". You have a couple of hundred hardcore fans around you that worked for months to make this happen. You will take part, and you will not speak up against it in any way or form ;)
Yes, the stadiums and the club owners are in on this. They usually do not interfere in the planning process and they also do not provide any financial support. But they make it possible. As you rightly point out most of these just cannot happen without some support of the club.

Im from Germany Europe. i must have seen 1000 reactions about our ultras and choreos on youtube. Yours is really honest, not played or exaggerated. You just enjoyed it and that's why we do it and live and love this lifestyle. 💯👏

Ultras are let in earlier into the Stadium then other Fans to set up choreos. The Fans, players and Management almost always love the enthusiasm and love for the Team to set such things up
Nr 10 choreo shows probably the most famous Danish (and as well very popular in Europe) comedy movie series called "The Olsen gang". I'm not Danish and I recognized it immediately.
The first Danish with the theme from hilarious comedy series OLSEN GANG. Great comedy, extremely popular also in Poland, watched all tge films.

In Germany it's the Olsenbande, a big part of my childhood in the 70s and 80s.
Flairs are forbidden, but these guys are like "profissionals", around 5.000, very organized. All free-time are spend preparing the future match.
And ... they can be very agressive, some times they made real riots and battles with the police.
But they transport the "clima" to another level. They love the team over every thing else.
P.s.: they are in specific area of the stadium, usually they came, stay and depart surounded by antiriot police.
Wothout Dortmund/Dresden/legia warsaw this list will never be complete.

The gigantic banners can go from a couple thousands to 12-15k$ but you know for 20k ultras in a stadium thats barely a buck per dude.
The most expensive is to travel with the team across France and Europe.
At Lyon they got a Banner that went to all away games for the last 40 years from Astana in Kazakhstan to iceland or Portugal...
These are amazing for an emotional one watch the Warsaw Uprising by Legia Warsaw fans, and then the block on their ultras and they turn up in a different stand, European Ultras are a different breed, respect from England

The cost is based on how much material is used and how big and how many sections are in it and paint and time. But say between 100-1500 euros. It is not just in football we in Europe have that we have it in ice hockey too

The stadiums and club owners are on it, no other way they can do it otherwise they can't go climbing up the structure to hang all those banners and curtains up, also that part of the stadium will be allocated for that with numbered seats so that the distribution of each colour small banner will match perfectly with the motif they are trying to put on at the time, possibly with stadium announcements as to when to change colours, banners etc. It also stops them from fighting which used to be a thing in the past by keeping them engaged in the theatre.
Very well planned by a few but if it’s been planned you get the idea without arranging it tbf. In the uk we don’t do this very often but we do sometimes depending on the game but we don’t use flares as they are banned
i was live in the Stadium @ #2 they had openings on the lower part and just light up smokebombs at the top there were like little openings so the Smoke got a way out in small pace. On the other hand this choreo was not mentioned to the officials before ( the smoke part ) now they banned new choreos fore some time :(
They're never mentioned cause they're illegal. But they still add to the atmosphere so who cares

It's the Ultras that arrange these kinds of things with the tifos/banners but in some countries the tifos/banners are banned and the club can be fined if the Ultras use them.
The shows are organized and financed by the fan clubs and are often collaborations between different fan clubs. The ultras have access to the stadium hours before the rest of the public to prepare everything. The teams do not partizipate in any way.
No Frankfurt, no Dresden? Schalke No. 1 of course...
These choreos are normally made by hand. Material is sewed, painted, etc. everything by the fans. Organized and paid. There are choreos that costs 10.000s of Euros, without calculating the man days they cost to produce.
You ask how random people in the stadium know what to do? E.g. for this Green Angels St.Etienne choreo, there were selected people standing on the top stand to switch the flags. For the Lech Pozan or FC Copenhagen choreos to keep up colored peaces of paper, each seat has that material lying there or when entering the stand you get it in your hand including a flyer that tells you what to do. In addition, there are people that coordinate it via microphone or megaphone. Nevertheless you are always depending on the will of others. If there would be 100s of people not keeping up the papers, your choreography would look like a peace of sh*t. But normally people are willing and want to participate.

the Ultras are like a special groupe, u only can come in there if u a real ultra fan of the club.
As a groupe its way easyer to create such a choreo... :) But anyways its increddible and impessive!

Start small with some flags and banners, work your way up. These groups didnt start with huge tifo, is a Long process to create and you need more dedicated people, they will come if you are doing good work
