It’s a top soil plant. When the top is dry it’s time to water it. That’s still my struggle. Keep me updated. It’s a hardy forgiving plant so I think it will take back off once we give them that water 😂. Have a good one 💚
Omg, would you just _look_ at all that gorgeous greenery! Seeing it in someone else's house, like that, is a real nice change. Sure, I have greens, whites & purples too, but yers are very different. I like it, Pisco. 😂😂😂❤ EDIT: Stick a piece of Cling Wrap over top of the open part on the top of that pot, she's in. Spray her with a light mist of water 1st. That _should_ hold in more moisture for at least a day or 2. I live in Canada & _oh man_ is it a bone dry heat here, _all_ freakin' winter long. Great for catus, sucks moose balls for literally *everything* else! 😅
@@Digitalhunny I’m definitely taking your advice because this one is a personal struggle. I get so frustrated. I had to give it the greenhouse just to keep it alive. I don’t like difficult plants, but if I already accidentally bought one, I’m gonna do my best to care for it. I’m using some Christmas cling now. Thanks again. 💚
2:37 -- I have a question about your soil choice: - I purchased some _cheap_ soil from Walmart touting worm casting and natural fertilizer (it was not this brand) and it made a couple of my plants _sick_ -- there was mold, fungus, and large yellow mushrooms growing on top of the soil. *My question* - Have you experienced this with _Sea __-n-__ Farm_ soil?
No, I have not experienced that with the sea farm. But I have experience that before with a terrible potting soil. Something I picked up from the dollar store who knows. I’m certain that it’s not the soil brand. It was how it was transferred to the store. Most likely it was left outside in the rain for a long time before it was probably shelved. I don’t buy any soil that’s outside. I would definitely swap it out because it’s not gonna be good for your plants in the long term. 💚
@@growingwithshawn -- thank you. I will definitely toss it, and I will avoid the _cheap_ brands and watch out for the soil stored outside, going forward.
@ sweet, I’m not saying to avoid them all together because people dislike miracle grow but I personally think it’s pretty good. So you could’ve just gotten a bad batch now if you see it again with that brand then I wouldn’t trust it anymore. We have all used a moldy bag before. it’s part of the journey. Happy growing 💚
Mine has no leaves right now lol. Trying to figure out what will work. Thanks for posting
