I Have Removed it and realized that when I connect battery, a part of motherboard starts heating up .. and that part is shielded the same way in this video
If any ic is heating so first remove it and reball it then put it again on motherboard but be ensure heating issue caused by ic or a component. In mostly cases ic's are faulty in Lenovo smartphone but sometimes heating issues due to some components. So must be ensure and check step by step. By the way you can short killer and multimeter for quick check up and results.
