In a lot of ‘the new face pics,” though especially in the interview 10:13 - 10:19; I find he looks more, and even sounds a bit like Rob Lowe more than Zac Efron. 13:17 the side profile; if I didn’t know I was looking at Zac Efron I would have thought that was Rob Lowe. Nothing personal against Efron I should say. Just cray he “almost died,” and now looks and sounds almost more like another celeb than himself. Good job, Kid! I met Zac Efron randomly in a casino hotel in Las Vegas last May, and he couldn't have been any nicer if he tried! Just as gorgeous as he is on screen. Honestly, one of the highlights of my life!

I have heard he is so nice too. I have never heard any stories that he's mean or problematic. I feel so sorry for him and the pressures he was put under. Especially when it comes to physical appearance. Men deal with it too in Hollywood. He's most likely using substances to heal emotional pain that he has endured in this industry. He deserves the best and I hope he stays sober and overcomes it all!

I agree with every one here. I thought lots of Celbs were nice and than you hear fan’s stories or people who work in the restaurant industry etc…say how mean so many I thought was good. I work in the industry and people are always wondering why I don’t put my son into it and this is why !
It kinda irks me that everyone assumes (we all know what assuming does, “makes an Ass out of U & Me!”) that all child actors were pushed by their parents! FAR FROM THE TRUTH! I know many kids whose parents (I am one of those parents) try like hell to talk their kids out of the craft until they were adults. I know many kids from John Pallotta’s acting class, who at 3 & 4 years old, knew they wanted to be artists.
My daughter told us at 3! I begged her to be a kid & she said “How am I supposed to make my dreams come true if I worry about playing” 🤦🏻♀️ Now, with that said… a majority of those kids we’ve met over the years were forced or at least led that way. My ex-husband wasn’t even a stage dad, but he’s the one who convinced me to let my daughter act. He seen her passion first. Now she’s 18 & focusing on behind the scenes which makes me happy. I know the entertainment industry is too predatory for children, but trust & believe there are some amazing souls we’ve met through the industry.
But I just hope people out there start taking a sec to consciously think “Not all child actors were pushed”! My one friend, another mother of a child actor, had to be pushed to even allow her son to act. My daughter called me from school saying “My friend Amari is so talented but his mom won’t let him act. You have to call her & make her let him” 😂 Eventually, we became friends & she now sees, it’s not all horror stories & now her son is staring in a new show about to come out & he’s in college & she, like me & many other moms I know have NEVER taken a penny from our children.
My deal with my daughter, when she offered to pay for tolls to NY for an audition one day was, “I won’t take a penny from you as long as when I’m old & decrepit 😂, you take care of me & change my diapers like I changed yours “. Now she says she will hire someone to change my diapers, but I always remind her, that wasn’t the deal ha ha.

Yeah his story is inconsistent and hard to believe. It was mostly an incident caused by drug use or alcohol And his PR team tries to cover it with a new narrative. It’s still very sad that tho, i cannot believe what he went through to get to this point.

There was a plastic surgeon guy on TH-cam who thought that Zac was getting fillers in his jawline. In a way I hope that's all it is and it wasn't an accident and he wasn't abusing any substances again, plus then what his friend said seems slightly less terrible if the change was by choice at least

I'm a recovering heroin addict. I'm a really really good person. I'm a nice person and I work really hard. I have a good job just paid off my car just got my own apartment for the first time since 2013... I am not a bad person I just have a ton of trauma and I feel the same for Zac. Being a child actor is really traumatic for a lot of these celebs.. He's not a bad person for being an addict and partying. I'm happy to see that he appears to be happy and healthy 🧡

This isn’t really a sketchy past, this is a combination from the dysfunction of childhood acting and painkillers after surgery causing the perfect storm for addiction to run wild like fire. Compared to true sketchy pasts like some of the actual bad and perverted celeb men we hear about in this channel, he’s really not that bad.

When did his addiction to pain killers start? Was it after the plastic surgery or before? I'm just asking because I'm wondering if he started with painkillers then went on to use hard drugs or if it's the other way around. It's so sad and I hope he is better from addiction. 😢
I meant I hope he's sober. I know because I'm in recovery from pain killer addiction, that addiction never heals or gets better. But it is to be taken under control one day at a time.

For the people who think "well why can't Zac stop doing drugs and alcohol?." Coming from someone who did drugs and alcohol as a teen- 20s, I'm gonna describe it like this, it's like Candy. You know Candy is bad for you but at the same time you don't care. You want it because of how good it is. You're happy when you eat that candy or chocolate 🍫. It was the same for me when I was doing them and once you're hooked on them. You're hooked, it gets harder and harder to get away from drugs and alcohol. Anyways long story Luckily for me I have a strong support system and I've been clean for almost a decade. I hope Zac is getting the help he needs.

It's also even harder to quit when you started using as a teen. Like your brain wasn't even fully developed before the addiction reprogrammed it. I have a lot of respect for anyone achieving and striving for sobriety.

@XuiLeeEv very true! My first drink was when I was 14. I went through a phase of doing pills and coke as well. I had a brief moment for about almost 2 years that I stopped everything except weed and then I started just drinking again and was drinking way too much. I still struggle today. I do drink but I have to set boundaries for myself so I don't get out of control again. It's really really hard not to fall back into it

I saw a TikTok of mark with one of the young black women that is known for prostitution. In the video he was groping her butt while they were in line waiting for food. I can’t find it anymore so I think his team may be trying to wipe everything from the internet lol but yeah I’ve always had a feeling something was up and one of the last videos I saw with him and Rebecca…she said something sexual and marks reply just didn’t sit right with me lol like hook up with who you want but idk…definitely something going on there I planned to make a series on TikTok about it but I would love to see Sloan cover this
I was annoyed at my friend who had addiction, thinking why she gotta get high or drunk every day till I got an addiction myself. It's very hard to control, especially when you have some trauma and you have a lot of money. I hope Zack gets better, stayed sober, and is healthy

Addiction isn’t really a sketchy past. Clinically, addiction is listed as a disease. Compared to people like Ezra Miller and others who are TRULY bad and dangerous people, Zach really isn’t that bad

There’s a fitness TH-camr that also made a video it goes into how he could also be on anabolic steroids or growth hormones because a side effects of both are people’s heads growing, added tissue developing on their faces, and skin rapidly looking aged. Most of his changes happened after his baywatch role not directly after his injury. I think producers and studios definitely pressure male stars to use these performance enhancing drugs to look a certain way in a short period of time and they can become addicting.

I think he’s a really good guy but struggles with fame and image. In his interviews he comes across very shy and awkward. His true calling is the nature stuff, he is very confident and comfortable in the wild. I’m a true fan since hsm, he was my first crush ever..so I have a soft spot for him. I hope he is doing well today. He’s actually a decent actor but the heartthrob label has taken a toll on his mental and physical health.
I'm trying to live sober and it's hard at the best if times, having the celebrity and overbearing parents on top of it would be a major trigger on so many levels.
Then there's Disney and Hollyweird so who knows what kind of trauma lies underneath, hope he can stay sober 😔

I'm over 30, had braces when I was about 34, and it was only to correct the angle of my teeth, not to move then, and my cheek bones became more prominent - like a lot. And before that, they were not noticeable. And it was only braces, no needles or knives.

There might also be some tissue scarring around his masseter muscles from the accident and from the surgeries trying to correct his jaw placement over the years (you can see in the early stages post injury his jaw was not proportionate and leant to one side more). I can see he'd likely need corrective surgeries here and there for something so damaging, plus the physical therapy to retrain your muscles can definitely alter how someone used to function. He could've been dead instead of looking this way so maybe we should just be happy knowing that.

i just wanna say something here - coke activates the happy part of your brain. most severely depressed people turn to coke or other uppers to stabilize the serotonin receptors in their brain. being an alcoholic as well, actively being drunk does stimulate one’s dopamine receptors, but ultimately alcohol is a depressant once that lil drunk high wears off. him becoming a coke addict just means he was so very depressed. i feel for him and all child stars who have been through the wringer. god bless those poor sweet souls.

I feel for him I used to have the same exact drug problem, coke Molly and ecstasy were my drugs of choice, my addiction made me someone I hated now that I look back on that time I’ve been sober for almost 7 years now. Those drugs will make you violent out of no where I’ve been in a lot of verbal and physical altercations while using, with strangers and people close to me. I hope he’s doing okay now, child actors always seem to turn to substance abuse it’s heartbreaking.

Oh I love zac 😅 his instagram is a very nice place to be, very family orientated, loves being in nature and he helps charities and small companies. I don’t think any child stars have come out unscathed and he is pegged as one of hollywoods heartthrobs which must be a really weird place to be as still a young man. I can only imagine how strange and scary being famous actually is and I wouldn’t wish it for myself. He’s a good actor and seems like his life is going well now 👍🏼

The last movie I've seen him in was Beach Bum. Sorry long comment & getting into some personal stuff, but I found you're channel a few months ago & subscribed. In 2018 I was hit by a car & in the hospital for a few weeks, it broke vertebra in my neck, cracked my skull & de-gloved my scalp, cracked my right shoulder blade almost in half, broke my left leg & shattered my ankle, so now I can't work or get out that much, so I get lonely & bored had to move back in with my parents & we just have Direct TV & there's never anything on so I just watch TH-cam on my Xbox, but talking to my therapist, my medication, weed & you're videos help with my loneliness & boredom & I just wanted to say thank you for that

My husband had an accident when he was 21 while him and a few friend were mucking around on the back of a Ute. He fell so hard he shattered his jaw leading him to have half his jaw/chin hanging. After surgery he ended up with a really sculpted jaw line .. similar to Zac, not as prominent but close
I got jaw surgery at 17 for under bite. Now it's almost sculptured after swelling went down

He's a pretty good dude, Zac Efron is no different than any other human being. Hes a guy who partied a little in his 20s, if only we could all come out like him in the end... The man is absolutely beautiful, he's not a predator, and he's been under the lens of the public eye since he was a very young man. It's not a stretch to imagine why he used drugs to escape.
I want to see what the faces of ANYONE talking crap about HIS face looks like, I'm just saying...I'm betting, masseter muscles enlarged through jaw reconstruction, plastic surgery, or not, I'm still gonna put my money on Zacs face over ANY fool on the internet shaming him for his appearance. Being a Disney star is a nightmare with the result of their mental health getting 100x worse in adulthood, former child stars made it clear they won't put their kids in the industry cause it's not safe at all.
Thank goodness I’ll never be famous and outed because whewwww my past is full of addiction and bad decisions.
