It mightve been steroids for his role tbh. I remember my friend had to take steroids and gained weight and her lips were so puffy
@@naudalykeno babes he was running around his house and then slipped and rammed his face into the corner of the kitchen counter and basically ripped the bottom half of his face almost completely off so he had to get emergency surgery which is why his face and lips appears more swollen. it ain’t got nothing to do to do w drugs unless he was given pain meds that had this as a side effect
