This is not something that we can answer nor is it something we recommend you taking into consideration when relocating. MRCEM is for Emergency Medicine and MRCP is for General Medicine. Which you take should depend on what you're looking to specialise within.
Should I have an IELETS certificate with a specific score before I apply for FRCEM primary exam even though we already study medicine in Egypt in English. We aren't asked to do the same thing when applying for MRCS A, for example !

Hello! A candidate will be eligible to enter the MRCEM Primary examination provided they holds a primary medical qualification approved by the General Medical Council (GMC) for the purposes of registration.
Hello! MRCEM is internationally recognised as a certificate of excellence so whilst we're unsure on it's validity for Indian registration, it will certainly help you obtain a position.

Hello. To achieve MRCEM, you'll need to pass the Primary, Intermediate SAQ and then OSCE. You won't need to take the SJP.

You can apply for MRCEM as early as you like. You will of course, need to revise!

Hello. You would firstly need your GMC Registration and at that point you would be eligible to apply for ED Training posts

Yes you wont need to sit the exam if your country is on the GMC's list of english speaking countries
