This is at FedEx Calgary. I used to work there over 13 years ago and worked with Dianna. She is tough as nails but has a good heart! Had fun working with her and saw Juan and the manager, Anthony still there too. They were a solid crew to work with. Glad to see she’s moved up into that roll since I was there. She deserves it.
She's a CRAZY witch and noone should be spoken to like that!!!

💯agree with you because they are the ones doing the hardest part while she is yelling around and these programs don't convince me.. Because they know is someone important coming so obviously they put up an act plus one person gets rewarded but rest of the staff are not rewarded for THEIR HARD WORK.🙄💁

I worked for FedEx for almost 2 years right out of high school and it was the best job and my most favorite I've ever had.

Worked at FedEx for 12.5 yrs, courier then RTD, i don't believe this is real, the way the manager is speaking to the employee is unacceptable,

I refuse to be yelled at constantly, to me personally or in a group. If you’re a good boss, yelling at your employees constantly should not be necessary.
I agree... I had a coworker get up and start walking out one day when a VP was getting hot... The VP said "not the time for a bathroom break"... He turned around and replied "If I wanted to be yelled at I'd still live with my parents, and since you aren't my dad I'm not listening to your bullshit."
Sounds like you have never worked a labour type job ,before. Nor part of a team with hard deadlines , enterprise or sports.
Not to burst anyone’s bubble but how do they explain all the cameras and the whole crew being there? Because nobody has heard of a show called Undercover Boss?
Its propaganda for the owner class, aka "capital class" of ceo's. It's why they never give raises on this show, because that would set the precedent that hard work= more money. They don't want to pay workers more, they want people to think bosses are our friends.

I agree with the first part of your comment however unions? I had my first taste of a unionized environment it was atrocious. Unions lost their usefulness years ago. Good grift.
@@christinemomy8018 unionized workers make on average 1 million more over their lifetimes than non unionized workers. Cry more.
Boss is condescend
I worked 6 years in a union job. This is what I saw we had a black worker he was in his 60's came to work drunk, would drink on the job everyday company tried 4 times to fire him. However he had 3 thing protecting him 1union, 2 age, 3 race. They finally got him because they caught him stealing toilet paper and paper towels. He could have retired after 40 years on the job but lost everything.
