Because my avr 51 isn't have the sound..is it the way to bring back my avr normal?

​@@tenrepublic there is no information or it resets avr 51, try, usually it is different for each model, search for service manual, and there should be information. but it will only reset the device to factory settings, to the default, if the receiver has no sound due to damage, this will probably not solve your problem, but will require diagnosis, repair and maintenance.
