I brought a Midi Kymco mobility scooter last October it was new when I brought it. I paid over £3000 for it. And I've had nothing but trouble since. It's had 4 new batteries because it was only doing 2 miles. it started flashing red when i just got to my door and it just stopped and that was just under 2 miles. They are now saying it's not the batteries its something else is wrong. The Scooter started having problems from a few weeks after I got it. So please be careful before buying a Midi Kymco Scooter. Oh and be careful of the hard tyres the ones that don't puncture because you have to replace the front tyres every 8 months because they wear out quick. Please people be careful if you are looking at Kymco
I have a secondhand one from a family I know which I bought yesterday I've had on charge an hour the battery unit itself says full but the display on the scooter only has 2 bars lit, I thought the constant beeping was due to reverse button or indicators but could be because of dead battery. Its still bleeping is there somewhere I can turn the bleeping sound of its annoying and embarrassing to drive with the beeping. How long is the best charging time?
I have one of these. Obviously not in these, colours. 😳 But, anyway the tilting of the front main light doesn't work on mine. I don't know if that's ment to be fixed in that position or I am not pushing not firm enough. I won't try as I don't want to break it as the thing has just come back from a service. & really can't afford any more jobs done to it. So, I was just wondering is there 2 models of this Midi XLS ? 1 with a fixed headlight & another with a tilting main headlight. Or is it just well stuck in place?
I have one of these mobility scooters but, i can't tilt the headlight ( it simply won't budge) & i don't want to force it just incase i brake it totally costing me a small fortune in a replacement. ( proberbly around £80 😳) not exactly sure so don't quote me on that but, i am sure i am not that far of that price. As i find my headlight is showing more light mid level to up than mid level to ground. ( almost in someone's eyes & that is with the tiller as far forward as possible. So, is mine a early or later model. & i have had it checked over by a pro technician & they said it looks like it was never ment to move in the first place.😳🤔👎 It is one of a few things i don't like about my scooter but, can't afford a better one or the one i would really like So, i am unfortunately stuck with it. 👎🤔😠 & i can't even afford a trade in only a straight forward swap ( that won't happen). But, that front main light has always been my nemisis ( a right pain in the backside) 😠👎

You must have the older model as the light tilts very easy on these ones.
can you get wiring diagrams for these, or can a small trailer be fitted

He sounds like a 2bit second hand 60's car dealer!......................Kymco are very unreliable and eat batteries!
