I don't think the NBA has seen a big man this athletic since the legendary Wilt Chamberlain. Wemby's so slender looking that I thought he would have trouble adjusting to the more physical play in the NBA, but he is not getting pushed around at all. He's deceptively strong, even stuffed Giannis like a 6th grader playing against the 3rd graders. If the NBA wants to fix their ratings problem, they need to make the games easy to find and watch. I don't even know which channel or streaming service to find games anymore. But they also need to lean into the European market. Wemby, Joker, Giannis, Doncic... all the best and most exciting to watch players are from Europe now.
Spurs fan here, better transfer Wemby to other team, and i will still follow him than to stay with toxic loser CP3 and zombiebrain coach Mitch Johnson...
