I really like Sister Regina Maria, thank you for this, I tend to get so busy with my house and family, it's hard to ask God or hear him with so much going on especially my 4 year old! I need to learn to use my heart for listening to God's love, sometimes I feel like I can't hear God, or I'll talk to God and can't tell what his answer is, but I'm going to work on this lol, it's hard with distractions! I didn't ask the question specifically, but the answer God gave me in my prayer today was that he washed my feet. Maybe not physically like at the Last Supper with the apostles because I'm not eligible to be a priest, he still has given me the Good News that he requires me to share with others. He filled me with such joy, but I don't know if I could share it. I went for a walk today, and it was cold with brief moments of warmth.
This video reminds me of the song War Zone by Still Morning (Catholic band) when the lyrics say, "Lift me up by graces/ Lead me into the places/ Where I'll know who You are, how You love, and exactly who I am." So so good. Thank you for the reminder!
This means so much to hear this. Sometimes the Blessed Virgin and the Lord do speak back to me in prayer. Usually, when I'm praying for someone. I am so thankful to hear it was not just in my mind but valid assurances that my prayers are heard

You get out what you put in someyimes.Maybe your approach is all wrong. Maybe before prayer, Instead of thinking what your always going to get out of it, your should thank him first, not expect anything, ask for forgiveness, and then receive his graces. Be persistent, and you'll Start to recognize all the times he's been calling for you. God bless you and yours.
@Joseph Ok, but how many times will each of us have to try asking these questions in prayer before we get any answers? 15? 20? 100 times? What's the point if we go through this again and again before getting anything like a transcendent experience? I understand why people ignore or leave Catholicism: transcendent experiences within it are too hard to find.
I have a question if you don't believe in God, will you go to Heaven because me and my parents don't really believe in it but we do think there is something after death
