FWIW, the flight experience, comfort and punctuality on my journey (15.50h 25/7/23) were great. It was just the airport!

The airport is in serious need for some renovation even though they’ve recently opened up a new pier for the non-Schengen flights

We just had our first experience flying out of GVA, also on the Swiss A220 to Heathrow. And the airport experience was atrocious! Intransigent check-in staff, security rammed and only two people on at passport control. Just made the flight by a whisker. An entire national brand of efficiency and organisation trashed in two hours!

I would never have thought that Geneva airport originates from the same country as a Rolex 😂. Honestly the worst airport experience I’ve had in the past few years
